Thank you! Yes, there's such a shortage of workers and the hours are loooong. RUclips is a good escape for me and fun place to be creative with you, so thanks for watching!
So very happy that you are back! Glad that your arm/shoulder injury seems to be resolved. Please say "hi" to Andre for us! I am looking forward to your new videos. Best wishes to you and yours for a happy and healthy 2022! 🎊🎉
Glad you are back, kind of new to your channel and was going to unsubscribe because I thought maybe you weren't publishing anymore but glad to hear otherwise. I enjoy your videos on pantry cooking and would love to know more about RV living and how you manage with that. Thanks for what you do in healthcare.
You could get a small dehumidifier to help with the moisture. They have non-electric ones at home improvement stores that you could stick in the pantry. I also save all those silica packets from anything I bought that included them and scatter them in places that need help staying dry.
Thanks for the tip! I've got some silica desiccant stuff now--we'll see how that works. Might end up going the dehumidifier route though I'm trying to resist buying more appliances!
I'm glad you're back and JC is going to be a ball! I was just looking in our pantry & debating a similar challenge for us. I am always happy to see your face, I love your style and you are always a charmer. Welcome back sis!
So glad to see you back! Missed your videos. I have a very well stocked pantry, so I am going to challenge myself to spend as little money as posable for the month of Jan. -Mr.s G
Thank you for all you work in these trying time. Really thank you so much. I was really excited I thought you were going to be canning. 😅 I am still excited to see what you are going to be making. I have only seen once person pressure canning while living in a travel trailer. Thank you for your wonderful video!
Aha! I've totally been thinking about canning. I've always lived in small spaces and have done "refrigerator" variety canning. I'm hoping to do some delectable pickled beets and asparagus soon 😋
Thank you! We are learning how to contend with the moisture. It seems like it will just be a winter thing (we're on the edge of a dense forest) and so far the desiccant boxes we got are helping!
Regarding pizza in the toaster oven. It's totally doable. I'm currently without an oven, so I tried pizza in the toaster oven and it came out great! Just make sure you grease the tray really well.
Will you join me for January Canuary?!?!
We missed you!!!
Thanks, I missed y'all too! Happy to be back in action!
If nobody has told you lately you are a hero being in health care during this very long pandemic. Thank you for all you do !!

Also I live in a travel trailer for a while and we had so much moisture. Those moisture pails really helped a lot. For us at least. Good luck 🤞

Thank you! Will be (finally) getting another one out today. Yay pantry cooking!

Excellent! Thank you for the tip!
What great ideals
I need to do the same.
It's not to late to start! I'm having fun doing the challenge and will be getting more videos out ASAP!
You need to get dehumidifier
That might help a bit but it's really condensation that's the issue. One downside of the trailer is poor insulation!
