I always wonder about these Chef’s who want to tell a story, about giving people a nostalgic moment in their life or whatever through food. If you research these Chef’s they always have regrets about not being there for their own families. Does not seem worth it in the end.
Maybe, but wouldn’t you want your family to go out and find something they love? I figure we’ll all end up with some regrets - that means we were trying
Regardless of one's profession, there are choices to be made; for personal gain, professional recognition, financial security, prestige, and a dozen other reasons not the least of which is to have a partner in life and a family. Spouses also make choices and decisions. Children never understand. and we only hope that one day, they have a passion to live for.
I just wish they put their hair backs 😅when you show them cooking in action
