Many people who comment about baked goods being overcooked are using the oven on the left hand burner of their Coleman Stove. The Oven Instructions say to use it on the Right Hand Burner with the Right Side Wind Screen stored so you can Center the Oven over the Right Hand Burner which is the First Burner in the Series for Fuel.
@jeniferrichardson1438 Cooked well. Stone was a good size. Anything cook in a normal oven can.put in here. Just watch the temperature as it can get a bit to hot. Just keep an eye on your food and put on top shelf if you can. Didn't take any longer.
I just bought one of these Coleman ovens in barely used condition for $10.00 US at a local garage/yard sale. Im now going to try to find firebrick and a pizza stone to set this up a bit better. Might as well do it right from the start if possible. I have a Coleman 2 burner gasoline/(petrol) stove as well as a single burner Coleman propane stove that is recommended as usable with the Coleman ovens. I am looking forward to getting my outside cooking area set up and running soon. Have a fair and still growing camp cooking outfit that needs to be in daily service for the season.

Have you tested it? How did your food cook? Did it take much longer and did you wish the stone was a little bigger?

That's a great buy,we love using it.
What cain of stone is this 😮
@dianavanderhyden2593 this is an ordinary tile that can handle heat.
So my new to me oven needs a pizza stone or equivalent and where I live that is half the cost of a new oven!!
I don't use a pizza stone and it's fine.
I got one but is to big to use inside the oven 😢
