To be honest, Mark. I could watch you do just about anything and be entertained. Your personality, expressions and passion is unique and just down right genuine and fun to watch.

Kiaora Mark an whanau love your channels and what you produce, been entertained by your tremendous food expeditions for 5years now and i still get excited when there's a new upload lol. Keep being you, you are different from the rest. Arohamai..
i have never known that such a small bud from the red flower is edible and crisp. in fact, this red flower plant belongs to the ginger family and it is also popular in malaysia which is commonly used in landscaping and gardening. i also grow that plant in my house. this unique avocado curry reminds us of the one at the Tamarind Village Hotel earlier. it's just that it is green instead of red and i finally get the real technique of making the homemade green curry paste.
Someone that lives by me grown a flower that tastes like raddish I used to go pick some a few times a week or if I was passing. Another great video Mark 👍
Stay at Raya chiangmai twice and Im in love with their foods!the dinner and lunch (I'm order not-plant-based).Everything Mark said in this vdo is true!
It's interesting that so many of the same flavors used in guacamole (onion/shallot, garlic, coriander, lime, chilis) are used in this curry! Looks delicious!
I grew up near the Mexican border, and onion/garlic + cilantro + chile + lime is the foundation for so many dishes 🥰 It seems like it is in many places in South America and Southeast Asia as well. Cheers to delicious flavors! Thank you for another great video 🙂
Mark, I was so excited to watch this video like always. What's the name of the restaurant I've never seen a kitchen so clean in my life, I would definitely eat at this restaurant. ❤❤❤❤
I was craving this dish, my mouth was watering all the time. Especially since I didn't see any bugs or entrails, or brains, or eyes, or pork. Just pure clean veggies, herbs and fruits.
Wait …. What ? You were in Ray’s Heritage ? My wife and I was just at Ray’s Heritage hotel last weekend. We made the trip just to try the food recommended by you. We went to Doi Pui for Khao Soi, Neng BBQ pork, Khong Khao Meung, Huen Jai Yong, Kiti Panit, Khao Soi Mae Manee etc…. What a feast we had. Thanks for you commendation !
Crispy corn tortillas are always a nice way to balance out the richness of avocado where I'm from. Is there anything like crispy salty chips to go with a dish like this in Thailand?
There is a place here, in Phoenix, AZ, that makes an avocado curry. Sa Bai, two miles from my house, Mark. I live in Sherwood Heights. We should eat somewhere remote, my dude. Perhaps, the Sierra Anchas (?)
Hey Mark, I see you haven't lost any passion for your side hustle RUclips videos. I was on your website yesterday and left a blog comment. I was reading the part of your blog talking about ways to trigger the RUclips algorithm. Any other recommendations for getting the RUclips algorithm to show favor would be greatly appreciated. What countries do you have planned for traveling to in 2023, by the Way? 🙂
You didn't just make a food vlog, you made a cooking video with the entire recipe. My only suggestion is please ask the chefs using products like sauces to show the entire front of the label for just a second so people can recognize them if they are in a store that sells them. When you said you were eating Cowslip flowers at the end I actually Googled whether they're actually used in food like that and it said they were, which I didn't know. I have only known of their use to make a tranquilizing herbal tea that helps calm anxiety and makes people sleepy. Then right after you ate it you said you were feeling tranquil which was funny, I wonder if it was from the Cowslip infused broth. I actually have seeds for Cowslip (of course) and when I plant them I will mention they use them as a food seasoning in Thailand! That information isn't in any books about herbal medicines that mention them. Also I got one pea eggplant seed to grow. I hope to have them growing next summer when it is the size of a small tree.
To be honest, Mark. I could watch you do just about anything and be entertained. Your personality, expressions and passion is unique and just down right genuine and fun to watch.
