Whipped Cream Galaxy Cake | chocolate sphere without using silicon mould | Nepali New Year Cake 🇳🇵

  • Hello everyone!!
    Since our(Nepalese) new year 2078 is coming soon my today's video is about making whipped cream new year galaxy theme cake with chocolate spheres. Chocolate spheres are made without using silicone mould so you don't have to worry about not having moulds, all you need is good quality/thick balloons 🎈🎈🎈. The size of cake is 6"×3". Hope you all enjoy watching this tutorial. 🥰

    To get the deep black whip cream color did you ONLY use 1:1 ratio of pink, blue, and green colors? Any recommendations for a dark black color on whip? Thanks!

      I made mine by mixing colors (Blue, Raspberry Red & green). For getting dark color on whip cream I mix more colour in less cream and apply only in the outer part i.e that has been already done icing. 😊

      Hello you can get navy blue by mixing dark blue and a little less red colour. 😊

      It was semi whipped cream but it didn't work out... you can just use edible gold/silver dust mixture. 😊

    How do you get ot to stabilize the whip cream. Can whipe cream be done in advance? This iS WHIP CREAM CORRECT😄 ?

      Yes, I am using whipped cream (Ecotrop). You need to whisk while its ice cold but in liquid stage (not frozen) and whisk untill it firms stiff peak.

      I have never used anything to stablize but you can add icing sugar if you want. And yes you can make in advance but not before longer period as it can turn back unstable and you have to whisk it again.
