I have a C350 and I have the exact same issue with the throttle lag. I’ve found that if you don’t floor it but push the pedal about half way down it kicks in quicker then floor it. Hope this tip helps 😉

Hey Morgan,
I own a 2013 C300 4matic sport. Mine is white. So I will just get to the point. You are missing the Carbon fiber side mirrors, carbon fiber license plate covers, carbon fiber canards, carbon fiber rear splitters, carbon fiber side skirts, carbon fiber door handles and carbon fiber hood if you have extra money but the hood is just overkill. You are also missing quad tips. I have quad tips from an E63 AMG. The square tips fit our cars. You can also buy the circular quad tips like the C63 AMG has. You are also missing the C63 AMG headlights that you can install on our C300s. C350s usually come with C63 amg headlights. You can also put neon lights or LEDs or RGBs in the engine bay, interior and under the car if you want to be flashy and grab attention. You are also missing the Front mercedes light up emblem. They cost like $500 at the mercedes dealer which is a rip-off. You can buy one from Ebay for like $30-$40 which is waterproof, brighter and works better than OEM. I have had mine for over 6 months and still like brand new. What else...oh the C class custom tail lights. They are amazing custom tail lights for C250/c300/c350/c63. Just to let you know I get 95% of all my parts from eBay. All the carbon fiber is real and legit.
For tuning. Forget about 2008-2012 C300s they are not great at all. 2013/2014 C300s are the best. We do not have the acceleration lag or the gear shifting lag. The lag you are talking about in your video where you hit the accelerator and it goes after 1 second. Whether you are in E or S mode, that is normal. In E mode they make it harder for you to accelerate cause mercedes wants you to be Eco-friendly and try to use as less gas as possible. However in E mode the ride is a lot smoother and the exhaust tone is deeper. In S mode its better but you can still feel it. However, go drive a 2008-2012 c300 and you will see the major difference. If you want quick acceleration, just double tap the accelerator (push accelerator half way down twice real fast) to spark the torque and you will fly. 2013/2014 C300s have the same engine as the C350s. Both have 3.5L V6 engines. Our engines are supposed to be making 330 HP stock. However Mercedes has detuned our cars. C300 is 250 hp and c350 is 300 hp. With a ECU Re-tune the engine in both C300 and C350 is said to go up to 330 hp, however the highest I have seen is around 320 hp. Then you can add an exhaust and gain 20-30 hp, get headers if they exist for some more hp and get a tune done and possibly get some more. The highest C300 horsepower I seen is around the 360-370 hp mark after the re-tune and all the upgrades. 2013/2014 ECU re-tunes cost $1200. 2008-2012 cost $600, however those years have 3.0L V6 and less horsepower than us to begin with. Also, I have checked all over forums and talked to many Mercedes benz owners and I am pretty sure about this but our stock intake makes the aftermarket intake look like crap. So no need to upgrade the intake.
Now about your widebody kit. You have 2 options You can go get the C63 AMG factory stock widebody kit. Which honestly is a total waste of money. I recommend getting the C63 AMG Black Series wide body kit. Look it up if you dont know what I am talking about because that widebody will make the panties drop and people drooling all over the car. However, the cost for a widebody black series is definitely high. About $2k+. The black series wide body kit comes with C63 amg hood, black series wide fenders (front + rear), black series wing/spoiler, black series front and rear bumper, and c63 amg canards. If you get that, you will have to purchase separately the C63 AMG Day time running lights which doesnt cost much. You can find that on ebay to. You can also buy the c63 amg (and possibly the C350) steering wheel with paddle shifters and swap it out for the stock steering wheel we have cause our C300 steering wheel does not come with paddle shifters and paddle shifters are so fun. I know for sure the c63 amg steering wheel swap will work so I would go with that if you do go that route. I believe the c350 should work but I never seen anyone go that route, everyone just ges straight for the c63 parts.
Other stuff you can add can be Air suspensions to lower it. I have seen a lot of C300 owners do that. I will eventually do that myself. Get a GT Wing, carbon or carbon fiber. I have seen some people do a bike rack, honestly the bike rack made from mercedes for our cars makes our cars look so ugly with it. I would just avoid it honestly. You said you want to do Fender Flares, if you dont exactly want to spend a lot of money on a widebody kit, you can get universal fender flares from Ebay and hope they work. I have never seen anyone try them, I dont think I will try them either, however they are there on the market if you want to try it out. You can also hydro dip (water transfer printing) the entire car (exterior, interior, engine, wheels), if you dont know what that is go look it up, it is really awesome. Also honestly, you have marketing power with these videos and you drive a good looking mercedes, so Screw the warranty, get the tune and have fun. Get some sponsors to give you free oil changes and to fix your engine and basic maintenance for lower costs. I have sponsors left and right for my benz and my warranty is voided for engine related stuff, but for factory defects like electronic or seats and things like that, the warranty will work without any worries assuming your warranty is from the mercedes dealer and not some third party.
I have personally never seen a supercharger on a Mercedes C class. I know our engines are Turbo Friendly. But there is no point in doing that. Might as well get a C63 AMG or C450 AMG at that point or any other AMG. You can go crazy and do an engine swap if you want lol. Put the C63 amg V8 engine in the C300 and somehow get the C300 AWD Transmission to work with the V8 and you have one Deadly sleeper.
There is also interior stuff you can do like get high end leather for the seats, interior lighting, those VIP curtains, pillows and vodka/bottle holders for the back seats. Try a custom wood flooring for trunk as well interior as well. Design the dashboard. Go crazy with ideas. Wrap the car a new design, customization possibilities are endless.

to get that sound you just did the x-pipe then took the mufflers off and straight piped it? Did any warning lights or anything come on. I have the exact same vehicle but red.

You drive on sport mode all the time? Does that ruin it in anyway! I usually leave on comfort and when I’m feeling nice on the highway I hit sport... really that’s when I use it, thought it’d mess up rpms

More because you put HID bulbs in non projector housings. All thats going to do is blind everyone driving around you. HIDs are supposed to be in a aimed beam.

Why would you run different offsets and different size tires when your AWD
I have this car with just about every spec you can think of.. and it’s downright one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. It truly is a beast and in my opinion drives better than the new models but that’s just my opinion.

The throttle lag is due to the driver memory of the electronic trans. Mine does the same shit. It has it's moments when it shifts too soon and has to drop gear but normally during aggressive driving it stays at a higher rpm and responds immediately.

So I feel the same way I can do mods in my car like visually like outside of the Interior but not having the ability to tune your car it does suck cuz I have E350 2013 Mercedes sport but your video did really help you open up my eyes to things I can do to my car other than the performance on it I would either go into E63 2015 or 14 or if I can get like something AMG would just be very satisfying

Not sure if somebody mention that but nowadays exist PedalBox. Which removes or minimalize the throttle lag. Personally i am still hasitating to get one. But my friend have it for his VW and its a rocket compared to stock previous

You can do a lot performance wise. If you’re worried about warranty then I guess but if not you do do CAI without compromising the integrity of the intake, BOV giving that stutututu sound, turbo muffler delete, intercooler, catless down pipe, and there’s people doing stage 1&2 tunes with these cars that make me pop and bangs really loud and can shoot flames. Hmu if you want to exchange some knowledge

Try reset the transmission. That should get rid of that lag in throttle

@@Dankazilla put key to On position (do not start) hold down accelerator pedal for 15 sec. take foot off pedal after 15 sec. turn key off but leave it in the dash. Do not touch anything for 3 min while sitting in car. Start car. There is videos on here how to reset Mercedes Tcm

Your mod list is nice, but it’s not crazy. You should check out my buddy flexx he’s got a c250 Benz with mods for days and he’s still doing stuff for it. Like the car for sure though. I have a 2014 c250 sport that I’m planning modding a bit.

im gettin a 2014 C350 this week to upgrade from my 2012 C250 and the first thing handful of things i wanted to do to my car was throw 19s on for my personal preference, thats my go to size for me and give it a K&N or takata cold air intake install
i saw that you said givin it a cold air intake wouldnt really work jus add sound and actually put heat into the engine.. is that fact? cause im seriously wondering cause nobody has ever said that to me and i see plenty ppl put intakes in their benz's so i jus wanted to know whats the right move
and also you mentioned tunin, im assumin a K-pro or sumn of that sort isnt an option for the benz? cause it is a simple chip and you can always change things back to default settings like i did to my 2016 accord or am i missin sumn and goin about things wrong when wantin a better performance out of my car?

There's a mod you can get for your throttle response issue that won't void your warranty. It plugs into the accelerator electric cable before it goes to the engine. There's a few different models. Can't remember the name but its like "throttle buddy" or something
There is a video out showing what u mean, it's a "pedal commander".about $299.00. Also liberty walk has a wide body kit it's 12k tho. But on geek and wish you can get fender flares that are the exact same for $80.00

Morgan Santurri hows the staggered wheel setup, i heard its not good to run staggered wheels on a 4matic, it can ruin ur tranny, i have a c300 and im still very hesitant on what rims to buy due to this problem
deven flores to be honest it has not affected my car at all, I mean its only been 6 months so who knows but I read online that as long as the change in wheel and tire size isnt too crazy from what we have stock then its not a big deal but who knows
@deven flores That is a myth. Some stock W204 4Matics come with staggered wheels stock. It's if you change the overall rolling diameter of the wheel completely it can damage your transfer case/differential(s), not transmission. Let's say your stock wheels are 225/40/18 front and 255/35/18 rear, if you upgrade to 19's and go 225/35/19 and 255/30/19, you are perfectly fine. However if you upgrade to 19's and go 225/45/19 and 255/35/19, that is where your gear teeth will start grinding and eventually chipping in your differential(s). Tire and rim width have nothing to do with rolling diameter. They do however affect your RPM (Revolutions per mile) , but not by a noticeable amount. Another thing to keep in mind is that you want to keep your wheel RPM as close to stock as possible, and sometimes that means going wider or more narrow to achieve that.
