I was romancing Tristian and then had what I thought was one-night stand with Reg it wasn't until Reg had cuts on him that I was like 'hold up boi you got the wrong idea'. LOL
Of course when I look for romance in RPGs Danaduchy has my back! Thank you so much. Currently I'm romancing both. I think. Had the self harm cutscene. But not the one with the dog. Well, let's see.
Hate that Octavia dies if you want gay romance in this game. Game punish you for choosing your only avaliable option. If you do not romance them or romance both, they both survive, but choosing only one results in death of other.
@No Lümpen What makes sense? haqving one option without this harsh concequenses. It would be better if game offered at least one other option than this. But now only option either kill Octavia or stay single.
@No Lümpen MC doesn’t support this bond, but doesn’t break it himself. They already had problems, even without interference. Completely new surroundings, new people, new opportunities and no pressure from slavers. Harsh life brought them together and gave a lot of opportunities to show and prove their feelings. But then they became free, they had to find new ways, work through a lot of trauma from slavery, make their free-selfs. And they weren’t very successful: Olivia with here tests and fear of commitment, Reg with his insecurities and lack of love.
I just started the game, I love it... but finding that the romances are gender locked kind of bumed me down, I just finished Divinity Original sin 2 and there everyone is bi and happy .. some say that making romance options without preferences detract from the story ... and I would agree if a game depicted an hyper realistic wolrd, but we are in a fantasy world ... we have bloody goblins and undead people, but we can't have more than one same sex option 🙄 ?
Oh, look. The one m/m romance is with the chaotic evil guy (though you can turn him chaotic neutral later). And the only way to exclusively romance him is to break up an existing relationship that would have went on fine without you, and to have one of your companions die.

This is just sad, so so disappointing and they recently added another m/f option, how if straight players have it bad or something, meh. Russian devs.
