- We are not able to be open to the public so if you would like to see what's going on in our shop currently here is your chance! @KennyWallace36 came by recently when he was in town and stopped by to check it out! If you are reading this... do not show up here looking for us. Unfortunately the bad apples ruin it for the bunch and with the unstable state of the world it is sad to say we just can't trust anybody. If you would like to meet us in person find us at an event! We will post about events when we know about them.

Went to his house when he still lived in North Carolina and him and his wife were the most humble and inviting people I've met! He had a go cart track being built and he let me run my rc truck on it! My uncle was the Jackman for Rusty and then went to arca with Tim Steele

@@jeffyoder8105 Im in my later 20s, and pretty much Kenny Wallace was a big apart of people my age racing journeys. He did this voice over and acting for a NASCAR game i cant exactly remember the year, but it was really awesome. Not too mention all the years in the booth and on Speed. Kenny Wallace is just a great dude. Thats exactly it he talks and explains things in a way everybody understands.

Kudos Mitchell. Kenny Wallace at your shop and impressed with your work and what you are doing. I friend of mine Dad bought mustang in 1965. Lots of stories with that car but most memorable was four of went to Expo 67 in Montreal Canada. We had tent on car top carrier ate peanut butter sandwiches and I spent less than $50 for 2 week trip. That included my gas money. Good luck on Mustang build. Go make some memories.

I remember visiting Bill Davis racing in 2000 I believe it was and Ward was there that day doing a Cat work boot commercial, I was thinking this should be good, he only had 4 seconds to say the part lol. It took him 2 minutes to ask us if we were enjoying the tour 😂

Hearing Kenny talk about the Dirt Devil car reminds me that his hauler driver at one time was a guy from Pittsburgh whose father owned a radiator shop across from our place in Cranberry and would visit with the hauler on occasion. He's one of the greatest story tellers of all time.
Interesting I had no idea. Cranberry was my extended stomping grounds growing up

You said you wanted stories? Me and my best friend "Funky" (Larry Funk, RIP) were sitting by the main entrance to the South Point Casino in Vegas on race weekend relaxing in those big ol comphy chairs eating ice cream relaxing and who comes walking in? "The Herminator" Kenny Wallace,! I yelled, hey Herman, he turned around and said, give me a min. I'll be right back! This was in the early to mid 2000's. We thought yeah right, but sure enough, he came back, sat down and we talked about the Mid-West dirt racing, Kenny Schrader, Macon Speedway, lots of stuff! We are all from the same area, us from middle of Illinois, Kenny from the St. Louis area! He stayed and talked for a good long while, I told him the story of his race car hauler trying to catch me going back across I-40 in my "Big Red" hauling slot machines! I would let them get close to the back of my semi, then kick it up a gear, and disappear! I slowed down about ten miles before Amarillo, known speed trap area, and they finally caught up to me! Talked with the driver of the hauler and he told me he had been chasing me since Flagstaff! My old truck would really get out and stroll, and with hardly no weight in the trailer, easy for me to stay ahead! That big ol yellow NASCAR hauler was easy to see in the mirrors!

I can relate to Kenny because we are very close to the same age, someone I would like to hang around. Now Kenny gets to run the SRX series. That had have been in ‘02 when Harvick got into with Coy Gibbs in the truck race at Martinsville. That was back in the “probation” days when they’d slap you on the wrist if you said or did something out of line.

We were helping John Schineder (bo duke dukes of hazzard) with his dirt track racing and at ringold ga Kenny was out there racing as well and he snuck up behind my daughter (her hair is really long) he put part of her hair on his head and shouted “wouldn’t your hair look good on my head ?” And she was star struck and frightened at the same time she’s now probably Kenny’s biggest fan lol
