I started my moms locs 10 years ago when i was 17 with your first method.. i used virgin kinky human hair to achieve the long loc look she wanted (25inches). It locked up so naturally and beautifully.. 10 years later most have been already cut out "about 3 inches a year" and now is left with with long natural locs thats all hers😊

Hi Jay! If it's not too much trouble I would love more details about how you were able to loc your mom's hair using the virgin kinky human hair. For example, did you braid or twist yours mom's hair? Did you take out the added hair and add hair again over the years? How did you go about cutting the added hair out?
I'm very intrigued as I want to loc my hair, i have about 6 inches of new growth and another 6 inches of chemically treated hair and I do not want to cut my hair again so it sounds like if I start my locs with your method I can gradually cut out the ends of my hair. Thank you!! ❤🙏🏽

Hi from the UK. Any thoughts of demonstrating authentic locs please? Mine are thinning due to over-styling with tight styles. It would be great to see you showing a loc wearer having their roots retwisted, as you are so patient and thorough. I'm so over tutorials showing people giggling, playing music and chatting incessantly about themselves before getting to the point! Stay blessed 🤎

Well, of course, I couldn't get them with my hair being an inch long, and her nails were a staggering 10 inches long 😮😅! Lol ok I digress and forgive my language, but I do wish I could get this style. It's so beautiful.

Linwood! PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS MESSAGE! Question!!! I have 4C hair, when in its natural state it is VERY thick, so thick it can not all be pulled into 1 ponytail. HOWEVER, when I go to the Dominicans for a blow out. My very thick hair turns thin when straighten. This caught me off guard my first time getting a blow out because I thought with my thick full hair I would have a nice full looking blow out. When you see my hair in it’s natural state you would never believe how it looks when blown out. Now obviously different blow dryers yield different results. When I use my at home dryer my hair thins out but not as much. But can you PLEASE explain why that happens?? I’ve seen girls with my type hair have nice full thick blow outs so I’m not understanding why my head want to act funny😂
