Mind, body, nutrition...wow. This is also my life mantra & everything definitely falls apart in the absence of just one of these life enhancing elements. I'm a healthcare professional & work with military veterans to support their mental health needs & this is something I encourage them to focus on daily in order to achieve balance and self regulation. I finished the whole thing... and shared it! 😆 I like a lot about the conversation: (1) that you allowed yourselves to be vulnerable & openly discussed your personal journey(s) & how failure, grief, fear, uncertainty is a part of self discovery & personal growth; (2) how you spoke about the modern school model & how it fails to produce healthy independent humans, etc. I am an educator & this has been a major concern of mine; (3) how taking care of oneself mind body & spirit allows a person to be in a position to serve others & excel in all areas of life, etc... Would love to write more but am learning how to make sourdough bread & making dinner for my family. Beautiful conversation! I am so sorry about your son! I can't imagine the depth of your pain. Enjoy this beautiful life celebrating his spirit! 🙏🏼 You & your brothers have a wonderful mission & are doing so much good for the world! I have no doubt that your son would be proud! For well over a decade, while coping with the abrupt end to my nearly 20-year military career……
…… ; I was a former US Navy officer, prosecuted on allegations of committing adultery with a married junior officer (I was single; and was prosecuted; sentenced to serve 60 days in Mira Mar brig facility (where
the Pentagon lock away sexual predators at the time🤦🏽♀️), I was also fined $9,600; jailed and discharged a few months shy of earning my 20 year pension
Benefits. Throughout the horrific ordeal, I was labeled a “Troublemaker, then Whistleblower😢🇺🇸⚖️🇺🇸…..
Looking back on my own traumatic experiences, including the loss of loved ones; the light that shined through; to guide me through my healing ❤️🩹 and deepened my connection with my loved ones #Spiritual was my gift of poetry 🪶🌌💖…. And yes, I
Did publish them; to share with and encourage others; share your pearls; to be a positive ending to the turbulence in life… if it doesn’t shake you, or break you… “Stay positive 😘💖”

Outstanding interview! Very powerful message. I'm a women who practices conscious awareness. And purposeful thoughts, to manifest my experience, daily. The men in my life can not see that their thoughts create their suffering. They have not yet to stand in their power by understanding that their thoughts create their reality. Something that has always been somewhere at the back of mind and has come to the forefront moreso recently, is an experience I had on my last day of Secondary Education.
I left with crappy grades. A teacher who was there on the day asked what grades I got, I told him, and he said 'you'll have to come back and resit your GCSEs if you want to get a good job.'
To which I replied;
'No? - I'm going to College.'
He was taken aback and clearly offended, he all but told me that I wouldn't get anywhere in life because of my crappy grades.
Cut to twenty years later, I'm a System Administrator, a programmer and heading into career in Cyber-Security.
All of my skills and knowledge have been gained in the real world.
My point to younger viewers is this;
Don't go through the school/education system blindly. Be mindful that you WILL leave the education/school system, and with that in mind, look to where YOU want to go and figure out/research the qualifications YOU will need and lay out a realistic path of stepping stones that YOU will need to reach and cross on the path to YOUR goal. You can do all of this whilst you're still at school and in that education system.
Don't just believe teachers when they tell you or make you feel that you can't achieve something.
Test yourself and figure it out and gain first-hand evidence gained from trying for yourself and learning as a result.

He found his freedom
He’s utilizing and sustaining the Uttarabodhi hand position which energetically calls power to the body. It’s also a Mudra hand position of enlightenment. Cristiano Ronaldo did this same hand position in his last Piers Morgan interview.. the whole hour and a half of that sitting discussion he held that hand position. Just like Ollie is doing here.
