Camille is a joke she should of been sacked weeks ago. Sandy blatantly took her side and didn't even listen to alissa.
Alissa is mad ghetto and is a huge part of the problem too.
To be fair we see everything through the show, Sandy doesn’t see what we do until the show gets released
@XxJaSoNxX69 I think alissa can come across like a mean girl but at the same time camille doesn't help herself.
I just feel like Alissa has brought it up multiple times and Sandy unfortunately, regardless of everyone’s opinion of Camille. Gave the girl another chance which helped no cause or no one tbh.
Sandy kept taking Camille's side, thus enabled her.
Drinking on the job is a definite nope.

Camille thinks that she was the boss of your own self you’re working you’re not on a holiday. I am pleased that she got sacked and she was on there for five minutes of fame
If I had her on my team I'd need her gone, I couldn't work with a slacker. Definitely made the right decision and walk the plank

Another pet peeve I had when I was manager was when my employees had their phones out texting in a very busy warehouse environment they got 1 warning that was it there are Forklifts in operation very heavy machinery and the human body don't mix I didn't want the responsibility of telling their parents their son or daughter died on the job not on my watch So I kept the warehouse safe as possible
Yes, I couldn't BELIEVE them doing that on the job. Camille's BF did it on the beach right in front of the guests. Alyssa also did it on charter. Unacceptable!! If I was Chief Stew, and I see you with your phone, you get one break, then I take your phone while you're on the job.

She had been. It was on the show, although not pointed out. But you see her take a bottle & glass to her cabin.
Every ship I ever worked on was a dry ship. No drinking on board nor on the job.
Shore leave allowed such luxuries.
I worked on tankers and container ships, never a luxury yacht, so maybe things are different on such vehicles.
I’ll admit I’ve drank while working on a bar but it was my own supply and I did my job serving customers and restocking and cleaning but they waited till we were closed before I was sent home and I was then forced to resign
Wait didn’t captain Sandy read a list of rules this season???? It’s obviously become more of a reality show less of a working environment. lol The copious amounts of alcohol is getting a bit much, these young cast constantly turning to alcohol to perform or relax. I like more of the fun wacky guest interactions than the drunken fraternity parties or hookups.
I dislike both of these lassies, but camille annoyed me more. I'm hoping 2nd stew becomes more likeable with a new stew who knows and does her job right, but not holding my breath.
It's a shame. Alyssa wasn't initially like that. Camille was. And lazy, ignores rules... Then Fraser encouraged Alyssa's insubordination toward Cap. Sandy. He actually started it, then blamed her for it. But while I believe Cap. Sandy is biased and bad at managing the interior (random insults based on no knowledge?), that behaviour toward the Captain is still unacceptable. That forced volleyball game . . . was that their day off??? If so, forced compliance isn't fair or acceptable. Also . . . isn't taking out the trash the EXTERIOR's job?! On the one's I've seen it is...
Camille was very bad at her job, and Ross should not have encouraged drinking on the job. I was amazed when Camille was so shocked she was fired. It was like that girl in the previous season who acted like a 5 year old girl when she was fired. She CONSTANTLY tried to get out of her job, even demanding that Ross pretend she was needed on the deck because she didn't want to do her job. Then she tried to cry that it was because she has two jobs, when the deck work is like 5 - 10% of her work, tops. Then she was put on as straight crew, lol.
I didn't see that it was such a hard decision for Fraser. The other girl only became toxic after, but that COULD have been managed. Instead, Fraser encouraged it against Cap. Sandy (who was clearly biased herself). He did a 180 but didn't tell his 2nd stew.

Sandy's correct, Fraser can't be a leader and friend when managing a team. Look how well it worked out for ex yachtie Hannah.
I've always thought Cap. Sandy was unfair towards the interior, ESPECIALLY HANNAH. I felt bad for Hannah. Sandy nitpicked on things she never would for the deck team. And she NEVER found out the situation first. It was all assumptions! But Hannah was fired due to having a vape on board. But I agree 100% on your point - you can't be a boss and a friend.

Not a good example of a stu, whatever rank you are. She is a liability and could be a dangerous one at that. Imagine if she was asked to check safety equipment. How well could you do it with a glass in one hand and a bottle in the other. She should be unemployable with her record, spoilt xxxx.

AND is Fraser ganna hook up with the new Deck/Stu boy, who has within minutes come out as fluid.... Fraser so needs go get some bunk action, he said himself ages ago its been 2 years !!!!
I don't get it. Camille has not done anything wrong. That 2nd stew was sabatoshing her. Was I the only one who saw this. In all other charters the second stew didn't run the show and this one thinks she does and looks for fights. I'm so mad she got fired. What a joke

Also, She hadn't received permission from her boss to sign out, hadn't actually completed her duties AND what's worse, is that she was drinking paying guests Veuve Clicquot of which she couldn't be bothered finding out if she was allowed to drink it or not. Suffice to say, she was generally, a very unprofessional "worker".

Wat She didn’t listen you didn’t do nothing but you haven’t seen the next episode two of them you need to watch the trailer before you speak she made a lot of mistakes happen in Sunday’s in Stan. She gave us five chances and she ends up stropping like a stroppy girl having a temper tantrum. You need to do your research before you say anything.
