It's absolutely insane how much the TE speedrunning and glitch scene evolved in a single year, to the point where these challenges that were seemingly "impossible" or too tedious to complete were merely just a quick distraction with modern glitches and new glitch discoveries. I love how this video serves as a good update to what's been discovered in all communities since the craftless videos (and a reminder that TEWD exists... yeah) Also shoutouts to 54:46, not only because I'm there, but that godforsaken challenge is the worst challenge Mystic had to do in the entire video. I'm not even joking when I say that most of that session was just Mystic and I absolutely trashing the many problems with the game Great video! I know it took you forever to make this beast but it definitely paid off! It was a great watch through until the end, it was just hilarious seeing how many challenges (especially in TE1) became a joke.

I clearly did not think things through when I suggested that (mainly the holes), but it was hilarious to see what can be done if you remove guards from the equation. 😂 Major props to showing how broken the prison is! You definitely deserve the rest for that (not to mention all the other challenges that were done). Bravo!

Challenge after challenge, thinking of ways to deal with a variety of problems in creative and interesting ways, and even developing new tech that revolutionizes speedruns. You deserve much more support and I hope your channel grows to have the following it deserves.

You can extremely easily make the timestamps show up on the timeline automatically by adding a space then a - follwed by a space then the title of the section, it would make it much easier to jump between sections just add one for intro at 0:00 example 0:00 - Intro 00:21 - Replace All Walls with Fake Walls in TE1 03:00 - Worst Enemies + No Heat + No Being Seen by Guards 06:43 - Move Only with Charge Attack

I don’t know if you are still reading the comments, but if you ever think of doing this again, do U.S.S anomaly for 365 days because the intro says you serve for that amount of time. This is a very silly idea, so don’t actually do it because that would take you 109.5 hours.
23:37 Its actually possible to prevent the dogs from hunting players down during lockdown, and snipers firing, albeit the latter is MUCH easier. For the sniper bug, You just spam enter and exit a vent/Spam enter and exit a door near the outside boundary until when you're outside you don't see a red marker. 24:42 Are you talking about the space where if you use a rope to get down from the bottom floor, Dogs can't reach you? 25:50 Fort Tundra also has a REALLY weird quirk where the dogs can't pathfind to you on the roof near the Guard Room, they kinda just stand there, use the Sniper Bug and you basically can survive Lockdown on that map in a different style. 33:03 I suppose if you somehow found a way, you could raise the Roll call guard's opinion of you. I think once it's in the green guards just don't check your desk. Inmate opinions also affect them attacking you for no reason. 49:52 Theres a permanent version, that even if you reload the game, the Medic isn't freed. Do the same process, but with a Floor vent, IF THE BURIED GUARD IS INSIDE A VENT, ANY VENTS CONNECTING TO IT, FLOOR OR NOT CANNOT BE RE-USED! You can do this same glitch to the dogs, albeit you need 2 players. If you need a tutorial, I can make one if needed. 53:22 I am so sorry. Either way, great video.

Fort tundra has a chair that you can sit on and get out above it nothing can get you as the chiar blocks everything its right out side the first floor cells on both sides
Fort tundra actually has a glitchless spot where dogs can't reach you! In in the left corridor there is an L shaped table and a chair next to a wall. You get in the chair, then get out of the chair while holding w. You will then be behind the table and the chair where dogs, guards or snipers can't reach you!

Can you beat escapist 1 by killing all the guards? (Dig underground, make sure there's enough room, bring a unconscious guard there, then make sure theres no escape by placeing dirt around them the guard wont be able to leave, technically makeing them "Dead") any map is fine

I can’t check 822 pages, RUclips! …Eh, I probably would’ve submitted something stupid like “Can you beat an Escapists map while also creating an escape for everyone else” or something. Like you had to dig one big tunnel under the whole prison and leave an entrance in every cell without getting caught. I dunno, just one off the top of my head. Terrible idea though. Seriously, probably don’t do that one if you can avoid it.
I've been trying to do the crafting journal glitch for like 10 minutes now... I can not get the hang of it! There's something I'm doing wrong but i don't know what it is
@GenericMystic I'm playing the original PC version so it should work the same way. the glitch seems to work slightly.. the duplication glitch works but the yellow key glitch doesn't. I don't see why the game would be different, so I must just be doing something wrong edit: idk if being on linux changes the way glitches work, but i don't think it does
I know that RedWhaley is working on a video that covers a lot of the glitches and plans to go in depth on why they work. Not sure when it will come out, but I know one day it will!
You know...If part 2 of "All the challenges in TE" ever comes out I would like to offer 3 challenges... 1)Challenge: “I can’t read...And where did all the tables go?” Complete any TE2 prison without increasing intelligence or using tables 2) Challenge: "Я-бог" Complete F.T after leveling up all your skills, have 990 coins and increase the attitude of jailers and prisoners to the maximum 3)Challenge: "Real Life" Complete H.M.P Offshore to the dolly ending (I forgot the name of the dolphin) without getting knocked out. (You can choose any challenge you want) (P.s: Writing English comments when you only know Russian is a problem)
Correct! On my casual channel Gnericc_Mistyck I did a full Endless Mode playthrough. It took me nearly two years of on and off playing and I am probably the most proud of it out of all of my projects.
The only reason I haven't done it is because there are required crafts in almost every map that have no possible workarounds due to lack of information about the game and just the way it was built.
Unfortunately, PC differs a lot from all other versions of the game. Most, if not everything you saw won't work. I do know there are some glitches exclusive to non-PC releases of the game though.
It definitely was one of the more interesting challenges. Just due to time constraints I couldn't get to them all. I guess have this be the proof of concept?
1. Aw, that ending! 2. I think part of the appeal of you doing a manhunt is you not being great at the game. I'd encourage you to try again the other way around! (Not against an expert ofc)

It only works on the Windows PC version. If it also helps, it's Pressing the Escape Key while clicking the button that opens the Inventory.
