Hallo Boy P nice Rod wouldn´t it be better to pair it with a stronger reel, for flipping and pitiching normal shimano slx 151 or a curado 70 since a aldebran can only cast 10 gr. ?

It's better when you use heavier bait, mine only use small bait and sinker about 8 to 9 grams total so easier using bfs. Just me😁

@@boyPFishing you can throw 7-9 g fine with normal casting gear.

You're using bfs to throw 7,8,9 grams, you can easily throw that with normal casting gear. Most people getting into bfs are looking for rods to throw even lighter than 3g they want a softer rod than a medium
