Hey JP! Would you go with Poison Adrena over Expride? I have a Zodias 7'6 M.H Glass for crankbaits, 7'6 Expride M.H Fast (I use both when I'm on my boat) but looking for something I could use when I'm bank fishing. Do you think the Poison Adrena 7'3 MH "Regular-fast" would be a good all-around rod?
It's a great rod, higher end than Expride as it uses Spiral X Blanks with Nano Resin Core and has the monocoque handle. I don't think you will go wrong with either but the two are definitely not the same. Adrena is a higher end rod with higher end tech.

Just found your channel, binged on several vids. Great content! Question: I’m a kayak guy and prefer sub-7’ casting rods. Have my eye on the 6’8” or 6’10 MH for swim jigs, chatterbaits, spinnerbaits, maybe even some light frogging. Question: I love me a somewhat moderate tip that loads well for accurate casting. But worried that sub-7’ models lose a bit of that tip flexibility? That warranted or do you think the shorter rods will work for me? (Zodias or Expride). Thanks, and I’m no longer in the 90% bracket!
Tough to find a sub 7' rod with enough power for those techniques that have the parabolic bend that glass gives. I have tried the 7'2" MHGB model and it does a good job but a high speed reel is recommended to keep tight. I find it tough to beat a Medium Heavy, Fast action blank for those techniques because the hook diameter is rather large in the baits. For me, it's a 72MHB but there is also a 610MHB you may want to check out.
Great video! Looking at the Zodias spinning rods but will the guides pass a braid to leader knot or are they micro guides? Also, I'm not a casting guy, spinning only. Would the 7ft medium-heavy handle a 1/2oz frog fished in light cover? Thanks again!
Guides are not Micro and the MH would be fine but light cover or open water with toads would be far better than trying to hook up on a weedless frog that has big hooks

How do these compare to the mega bass levante and orochis? Been looking at getting either mega bass or shimano but can’t decide. Something for dropshotting is what I’m after.
Orochi rods are very sensitive with high quality parts. I have the Enforcer Orochi and I use it for dropshotting, super sensitive. I feel every nibble even with so much slack in my line. But I do know that a lot of people like the 7ft Medium Expride. Lots of people go with that. I haven’t tried Levante rods yet. I have a Zodias and it feels very nice. They should be put in the 300-400$ range.
That totally depends how much you want to spend. With 15lb you’re going to want a 7’-7’2”Medium Heavy / Fast action if you are fishing cover like wood, docks or vegetation. You can pick from NRX+, Expride, Zodias, GLX, IMX Pro or Curado rod and all are personal favorites of mine.
