Also Amur generally doesnt mean it has to be the refugee zone, It is the name of an entire region. @@BlazingFlame69the most likely after midnight unifier (at least imo) is alexei II, the far east was the least damaged region in russia (HRE forces arrived there last) and with how everyone else is weak it is almost guaranteed that he reunites the far east, which makes occupying everything else far easier

It feels like the devs wanted to make it easy for people trying to do that. You can skip a bunch of them that are bad copies of 62 warlords (I think Omsk and Ultravisionary Socs are the only exception) or that can't realistically try to unify (like Nenets or Refugee Zone)
