I wonder whether you could attach a glove to the end of it. Maybe fill the glove with rice, run some flexible tubing between glove and "arm," and then tape it shut with duct tape. Might not work but it would be a cool upgrade.

I have a training arm called the Rice Bag Trainer. It's similar except it's not like an arm, where you practice your trapping skills.
Have you ever heard of the Hubud drill?

Minerva, never mind, i googled it and actually I do recall that drill. It was shown to me by Dr. Beasley the JKD/Trapboxing expert some years ago. We don't train it at our club per se, although we do train the clock with sincerity and regularity!
