Loving the evolutionary psychology perspective, Im a big fan of Carl Jung's ideas & your use of birds as signs of..... for want of a better term "disturbance" in the force" is as ancient as it is wise here & now. Community is "our" self-defence, self-sufficiency by rugged individuals is precarious hardwork especially when accidents or ill health happen - so we are a social species.
Ps come for the sandbags & creativity of training ..staying for the wisdom🙏

@@Fr_Mitch That's 'cuz the folks they follow got no clue. Thank GOD I got into it before the internet/youtube, and was lucky enough to discover and train under Hock. Dude turned the lights on for me.
@oldnatty61 My brother! Hock is great. His original Weapon X and Warpost videos are probably 30 years old and *still* worth their weight in gold.
