But besides that, I’m interested to know what your “go to” dish at home would be. On the days that you’re rushed for time and need something quick, easy and delicious to make. I haven’t yet had a chance to go through all your videos, but I’ll be doing that soon
Something imaginative with black pudding would be interesting (I ordered some with ice cream in a fancy restaurant and it was like coffee granules - pretentious nonsense!), as would 'ndjua as an ingredient (I use it simply in pasta sauce, also sometimes warmed and spread on a slice of baguette, but I'd like other ideas) and a super-charged bread sauce recipe.
