- Ever wondered how to make the perfect cake? Today, we're revealing the secrets behind a show-stopping Strawberry White Chocolate Cake that’s both delicious and visually stunning. A soft, fluffy summer cake combined with a luscious white chocolate and fresh strawberries make this dessert irresistible. This cake is not just a treat but an experience. Let’s get baking!
2 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar, 200 g
2 cups all purpose flour, 300 g
1 sachet baking powder, 10 g
1 cup milk, 250 ml
160 gr white chocolate
30 pieces strawberry, 350 g, quartered or halved belongs to sizes
¼ cup sunflower oil, 50 g
½ vanilin pod
Beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy.
Add olive oil, milk and mix.
Then sift the baking powder and flour together and mix. After adding all the flour, mix it to distribute it in a smooth consistency, but be careful not to beat it too much. This will prevent the cake from rising in the oven.
Seperate 8-10 strawberries and put the rest of them and white chocolate to the mixture and give it a stir.
Grease and flour every part of the mold to prevent sticking. Oil 8-10 of the smallest strawberries and place them under the mold.
Pour the cake mixture into the mold.
Place the mold in a preheated oven at 200C (392F) and bake for 55 minutes.

I think they were freeze dried not just frozen. I dry some of my strawberry, some to add to breakfast some to powder to use as topping

Our season is just about ending where I am and we have a huge heat wave happening so most of the strawberries are more at a stage for making jam/freezing. I’ve been freezing mine in pre cut pieces so they don’t spoil.
