I just helped in my first ring recovery yesterday and I now know why you do it for free, what a feeling!! The feeling you get is incredible helping someone desperately trying to find a part of their life and history, they aren't just rings to some. Im glad I needed to get out and get some sun and exercise and stumbled across another person in need, and just happened to be able help them. I was able to locate her wedding ring in the area she was searching in under a minute, using my Nokta Simplex Ultra in the wet sand (freshwater). Keep the awesome vids coming Sean, you are inspiring others to do good things!
I pray for the rescue pilot, crew, and patient whenever I see a life-flight. I was once the patient.

I was also had a bad accident at 32 weeks pregnant I also pray not just life flights but car accidents and what ever the situation is.

The metal piece that says "Bring them home" I believe that is Hebrew writing and referring to the the Hostages from Israel.

The item you went sure of to me looks 100% like a spent round (bullet). One side is pancaked and the other still is rounded after leaving the casing.

Our only experience is with a junk radio shack one where I tossed 4 quarters in my grass and only found 2!!!!!!!!!! DO you have a video on how to pick a good setup to get started with? AS to all the nickels, some one has pitched a roll out there for people with metal detectors to find! I do that at Gulf Shores whenever we are down there! I sometimes throw foreign coins also, all in fun!

Nice hunt. Been there a few times. Found some nice rings there. Got tossed once. Some fool temp ranger threw me out even after I had permission. Ok though. Had 2 beautiful gold rings in the bag.

Love your videos so much, the water there is so beautiful! I lived in Texas for 50 years and always hated the beach because it was not pretty at all. Riding the ferry into Galveston was the only highlight 😂

You probably already know this about earrings… if the post is gold, it’s usually gold. Fake gold earrings usually have a silver colored post (stainless). Just a quick way to tell if it’s real or fake.
The dog tag is one designed to support the 100+ Israeli hostages still kept captive in Gaza. The English lettering is a direct translation of the hebrew and says 'Bring them home now'

You can see the jelly fish pretty easily and they seem to only be in the water at certain times of year

I found a ring in the sand at my beach it was so exciting. I didn’t even have a metal detector I just saw it. I didn’t keep it though I put it back in the sand for someone else to find.

I alternate between the XP Deus 2 and the Minelab Manticore. Both are awesome. There's a bunch of other good ones out there too. It mainly depends on the areas you're planning on hunting and what your budget is.

Think the coin drop is somebody who has problems with detectorists. They drop the cheap coins to keep you in one place.

Its very hard for the ring. There's no unique markings, and its very plain. I asked the jet ski rental company if anyone had reported a lost ring, and they said no :(

Someone mostly likely dropped a roll of nickels. If you have 2 dollars worth, you can bet that's it.
If you collect enough gold plated and gold filled jewelry you can extract the gold and refine it into a small bar.
