Oh my gosh Smarties were like GOLD I'm my trick-or-treating days!! They are my absolute favorite candy because they aren't crazy sweet like most modern, western candies are. Being from Ontario Canada, it's so weird hearing those candies being called 'Smarties'. We call those, Rockets, which is what they are called and says on the package. Our smarties are chocolates covered by a candy shell. And no, they aren't our 'M&M's' as we have them as well. We have both smarties and m&m's. Both are chocolates covered with a candy coating. Smarties generally have a thicker candy coating then m&m's, and most of us like one or the other. I like both tbh.

AzQueen Z she has tried several meats from the dollar store, actually! They’re great videos and she’s very non-judgemental about it. Highly recommend watching them!
AzQueen Z Honestly, look around most of Asia and many of the dishes you can find are “Hard Times” type of meals. In Asia, or atleast the more densely populated areas, families live in 3 generational households, with the middle generation (parents of the current generation) usually supporting both their children and their parents.

Kids in my middle school would crush up smarties and smoke them, but the second we got in to high school that ended. I was dumb enough to try it once and nearly choked myself out.
I LOVE your videos (especially the MRE related ones). For these, my only request would be to include some nutritional information (calories, sodium, etc.). I'm always astounded at that info as these are intended to sustain life (even the drinks). Thanks!!
smarties/rockets are an American candy. They were named smarties but when the manufacturer went to market them in other countries they had to market them under another name due to the fact that other countries already had a candy named smarties. Since Emmy is an American and eating an American ration, yes they are smarties. They even say smarties on the package. If you purchase the exact same candy, manufactured by the same company in another country they will be called rockets.
Pro tip: It is de rigueur to use a monstrous, razor sharp knife when opening up ration packs for RUclips videos. A big bladed folder you can open with one hand seems the norm. Extra points for a Bowie about the size of Emmy.

Yes children absolutely do not snort Smarties or Sprees 😆😀✌️
I completely forgot about Spree. I haven't had it or even thought about it since the '80s, but I can clearly remember how it tasted. I may have to see if I can still find it, just for old times' sake.
Great way to get a sinus infection!
I put the volume at 7 and have the most pleasant asmr type relaxing feeling, so thank you emmy.
I was just wondering, being outside what did you do with all your left overs???? Was this a family outing?? Hope you had a great day "*burp*" xcuse me lol😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
Vanessa Feliciano exactly what i was thinking
i think it's most likely a family outing, you can see her son popping up in the background
Your MRE vids are my fav!
I always like even before watching the whole video
This was lovely, it was nice to hear all the surrounding noises of nature and kids having fun :)
Kids in my middle school would crush up smarties and smoke them, but the second we got in to high school that ended. I was dumb enough to try it once and nearly choked myself out.
Alice Rose smoke or snort
Smoke.
Alice Rose ah i bet it tasted horrible. Who thinks to smoke smarties. We just smoked cigarettes and weed like regular middle schoolers
Nah, it just tasted like smarties. This was a thing people did in class too.
Alice Rose same😂 I would always choke. and kids would be in the back in math class smoking them 😂😂
When I was in elementary my teachers used to give us Smarties before any standardized test. Strong memories.
If oily and greasy is what you remember from eating Banana Chips, you have never had properly made Banana Chips. :P
I love your picnic style in this video!
*sees notification* Yay! *click*
🙌
I LOVE your videos (especially the MRE related ones). For these, my only request would be to include some nutritional information (calories, sodium, etc.). I'm always astounded at that info as these are intended to sustain life (even the drinks). Thanks!!
Lets get this out onto a tray..nice. Oh sorry wrong MRE reviewer LOL . Those aren't Smarties.
Boodieman72 they are
They are American Smarties, Canadian Smarties are different.
smarties/rockets are an American candy.
Lets get this out onto a bird poop covered picnic table... Nice!!
