    Smart approach - love the team aspect of the Norwegians; and, how can you not like & respect Kristian. Wishing their team great success in 2019.

    I guess you guys would love to try the Classical Pilates for S&C. (Classical Pilates is the Pilates taught as close as possible to its source - Joseph H. Pilates himself.)
    Many things that were said in this video resonates with the philosophy of Joseph H. Pilates.
    For instance: getting stronger without bulking up, balancing muscular strength and flexibility to avoid injuries, etc.
    Also, Classical Pilates does not fatigue your body. It was created to condition the whole body without spending too much time or energy, so anyone can do the exercises daily and still have a normal life.
