The coating on the boards is called conformal coating or a post coat. It protects the components and their leads and the traces from corrosion.

Question I'm thinking bout starting up mining myself and I've seen a asic with 200 hashrate and thinking about buying 40 of them for 8000terahash for solo mining bch can I do that with asics by the way love your videos man proper crypto miner learned a lot from you legend Chris
At the current prices of miner, $BTC, electricity, hash rate and hash growth rate - the best option is to buy Bitcoin from an exchange.
BTC mining is a sure shot way to lose money for most normal people.
