Did you check out Brossard? There is quartier Solar near the REM which brings you downtown in 20 minutes. I moved from downtown to Brossard since it was much cheaper and not too far away.

@@nini5434Hey girl! Wishing you all the best on your move🤍 I didn’t contact an agent when apartment hunting in Calgary, I just found most apartments on the rentfaster website & on facebook marketplace! I did connect with a real estate broker when apartment hunting in Montreal though and I found them on facebook marketplace as well from an ad they posted. Hope this helps!

@@tarah-stephanie8430 I actually found all of these on Facebook Marketplace! There’s many real estate agents/brokers who are listing units for property management companies 🤍 In the past though, I’ve found Kijiji, rentfaster and zumper very helpful!

@ thank you! i honestly find the costs pretty similar to Calgary.. the only difference is taxes is higher and gas is cheaper in Alberta as well. But groceries & rent are fairly similar!

I live in Montreal but I don’t really recommend living here. It’s a nice looking city and the crime is low, but we have the highest taxes in the city and to top it off rent is higher than Calgary. Also, our laws are pretty ridiculous by protecting the French language over healthcare and housing shortages. Montreal is a beautiful city but I wouldn’t recommend living here.

Welcome to the civilized world 😘
Wake up, on ne vit plus en 1930
Ciao mon chouchou 😘 By the way, find something better to do with your days, you seems to be a miserable person. Smile more often and say HI to the next person you see on the street.
      Love always wins ✌️

Go find something better to do with your life.
