Bro you should look for apartments that aren’t directly down town. Tons of great apartments on Queen West, Annex, Yorkville, etc. Downtown apts are always smaller and overpriced with minimal sunlight. Good vid though, keep it up
I'm not on the market for an apartment but I still enjoyed the video. The reason I'm commenting is because of the background music that you used on the second last apartment. I did not expect Indalo! That's sick man 🤘
I like the loft apartment. Nice sunlight. Natural sunlight was top priority of mine when I moved 4 years ago. I saw this apartment and was offered to go see a penthouse apartment and I said no, I like this one. Now I am living my best life here! #Toronto
Lived in a high rise once. Often I saw my neighbors walk around naked, fighting, and couples having s@x. 😂 I hate the lack of privacy in those buildings
The biggest problem with Toronto Condo developers - they're creating horrible spaces and NOBODY wants to live in them. Its' awful and hopefully something will change soon.
Your realtor is very lucky. Knowing your needs and wants is incredibly helpful! I should be so lucky. The basketball court is truly beautiful. 32 stewart zero facilities....All the finishes looked original too which were not very good. 66 portland also not that many facilities but at least they upgraded the finishes
I think after living in a condo for a while, you naturally deviate towards certain things. Have to agree, that court is an insane feature to have in a building. 32 Stewart was defo showing its age for sure
Dude we literally saw ur face more than we seen the apartments
@@RtRCeo hell ya, face pays the bills bro
@@MuhammadBarobi If the word "literal" paid those bills, you'd be able to afford a 3 BR
The fork mic is quite possibly the best thing I've seen in a while lol
I love this , I’m actually looking to get a one bed apartment and for me SUNLIGHT IS MUST.
YOU are my sunlight

So much fun filming this with you !!
Enjoyed watching this bro. Keep the channel going
yoooo thanks bro! appreciate the long time homies haha
I don’t know about the lack of sunlight. I decided to just go for a unit with not a lot of light and while I love it.. I’m craving natural lights
yeah I feel this too, especially in the winter months seasonal depression is real
Amazing quality video for the number of subs that you have. Keep it up!

Super jealous rn haha. I would love some sunlight coming in esp during these winters sigh
Did any of these units have parking? How much extra would parking cost?
@@stephen9609 none of them come with parking since they’re in the core. But parking is usually 160-250/month in the city

same, you can actually see everything 😭

@@AndiandKat lmaooo sorry bout that haha

Let me make a suggestion ask your rrealtor if anything is available at 700 King which is a true loft right in the heart of our city. Youd prob like it
