I definitely agree with getting a Realtor it made my life so much easier. Also looking in the winter months is a great option because landlords will drop their prices because majority of tenants move in the warmer months!

Hi hun, I don't use Canva, never have. I use Final Cut Pro and Photoshop for the floor plan edits.

Do you need an agent to rent an apartment in Toronto? How does that work? Do you pay them or how do they get paid? For the 6th place, you mentioned that the landlord went accepted a better offer. Does that mean that the rent is not the actual rent price, that people bid on apartments? Is that normal? Makes me a bit nervous when I need to go apartment in the future. Thanks for all the info. And the song and dance at the end!
You don’t necessarily need an agent, but having one can make it easier to schedule viewings. Landlords are often more receptive to working with potential tenants who have an agent.And while the listed rent is the standard price, some people choose to offer a higher amount to secure a property they really want. It's normal but not very common. Glad I could help :)

Now thats how you do apartment tours! Loved the floor plan views and how you slowly filmed each area.
Tbh the problem with many toronto new condos are the ridiculous layouts. Im not a huge fan of those inside rooms with the double glass doors that close at a corner..and a two bedroom that is less than 650 sq ft jusr doesnt make sense. However, i did like a couple of the ones you showed and cant wait to see a tour of your new apartment!
