dulcich is awesome
A man of many hats!
Steve is authentic. Glad he is on the shows
these guys have been friends so long they are almost like brothers. wish i had a friendship like that.
I missed the sale on camouflaged shorts.
Wal-Mart had a huge sale on em. I even got a couple for myself.
Well, then you're just not cool, lol
Andrew Saldivar 😂😂

What makes the ultimate burn out. Not getting caught !
Ford V8 60 was 136 c.i.
Come to Australia and find out!
TheMFrelly choke on our tire fumes lol
TheMFrelly gladly fly me out there
Steve Dulcich is such a gem. Frieburger may be the boss of their various operations, but Steve is definitely the heart and soul.
Once when I was just out of high school, I laid a 286ft burn out with a 96 chevy 1500 with a 5 speed. Launched in 1st shifted to 4th, but I had to drop it back into 3rd to keep it going.
200 people were screaming.... Probably the most awesome burn out I've done
Steve, love the 60's vintage Douche' bag State Trouper mirror shades!
Hey! Bring us more engine masters, I just discovered it this week and I'm out of episodes already. Literally the best thing on youtube.
Your best Roadkill was the dart toss budget ride with the Pontiac, will you do more of these? It was sooooooo good! You must do this again. It was the essence of the show.
Would LOVE to see a v10 build or just a video of the truck in general.
I,m so happy that you can make a video.
Nice matching camo shorts.
The V10s are a better option than a diesel if you want a working truck for yourself, but aren't going to drive it everyday or in a fleet situation methinks. The ford ones are the same. No expensive injectors or pump to stuff up, if something flogs out you can fix it yourself in your driveway with parts from autozone, and if a crank bearing spins, the block is reusable.
What makes the ultimate burnout? A quicker ET after doing one. 18 minutes of style points are for runway models. This episode really made the decision for me whether to subscribe or not.
"How dare you even mention that.." Hahaha, so Dulcich, great!
I clicked because BURNOUTS!!!
...and didn't see a single one.
3:20 and yet the burnout champ at HR Power Tour The was a one legger AMC Hornet Wagon w/ a IL6.
I’m happy to see homeless people being much successful these days. Keep it up guys 😀
#dostuffwithhoonigan
i noticed as i watched i am in a tee shirt and wearing camo shorts and vans with no socks.
Pardon me, do you have any grey poupon?
Freiburger sounds like a fraulein und schwanz sauger for a being such a big car guy.
#schwanzsauger
Some reason I am craving chicken wings now
Ford 136 cu in (2.2 L) V8-74[14] version was introduced in the United States in 1937. With 2.6 by 3.2 in (66 by 81 mm) bore and stroke and 6.6:1 compression, the engine was rated 60 hp (45 kW) and 94 lb·ft (127 N·m).[14] The designation changed again in 1939, to V8-922A, but the specifications remained the same. This could be the smallest V8
Wild Willie Borsch in the Winged Express sideways burnouts.
Sand dragster? The ramharger you showed a few weeks back! Make it happen! :p
If you are in Australia, its apparently an LS, blown or unblown, on the limiter and melting the plastic bumper off. Kinda makes the American stationary burnout look good.
Really enjoy watching Roadkill. You guys do a great job . May I ask where this all takes place ? Where you can drag up and down those farm roads ?
Love Terry!!
That all wheel drive cutlass chained to the garage does a good burn out
And with the E-brake on the front tires you can engage it a little bit and get better burnouts for distance
Viper v10 is huge. Watched another show on Velocity where it took up the whole engine compartment on a 1962 Chrysler 300.
As an Australian I approve of your requirements for a good burnout, made me laugh.
I think they're touching on the topic of a Powerskids as well as Burnouts.
Nice matching shorts. Haha
Nice matching shorts guys! LOL
I'm looking forward to the budget Ebody build! Id love some advice on making my 74 Challenger ride and handle better without going all out with the $6000 K frame swaps.
A top knot would quintuple viewership. I guarantee it. 🐎
awwww matching shorts!
My thought on the 318 compression ratio issue is add a turbo.
I'd really like to see you guys be old a replicated version of the old Mickey Thompson setup with compressed air supercharging using 2 air tanks in the trunk that are setup to run like turbos but its all just compressed air being forced into the carb. I've seen this setup before and watched it safely make a 400hp small block crank out a little over 800hp on the dyno and they didn't even have to do any changes to the motor to make those gains. I'd like to see you guys build a same type setup for one of your cars and put it to the test!
Don't get nauseous, but the best burnout I've ever done, style wise was my 1996 Lincoln MK 8, did a brake rev with the sunroof open, lit the tires and the smoke came in the car , had the windows open, and came out the sunroof like chiminey
Truck v 10 is only 4 inches longer than a 360. The oil pump is in front. Do one~!
This is a perfect video for the subject.
#dostuffwithHoonigan
You guys should do an RK garage of replacing the Dash on Dave's truck. LMC makes all the parts.
Matching shorts!!
The Dailmer 2.5 hemi and the V860 are the two I know of
1970 Rallycross Challenger? Sounds good.
This might be a little weird but one of my favorites is the Mustang Cobra II. How about doing a monster engine swap on one... Maybe a 351c or 429/460.
The smallest V-8 in America is probably a running model someone made, but I’ll leave that up to you guys.
Easy all you need is an Australian hands down and this is coming from a kiwi nothing beats an Australian with an Ford or Holden
I've seen some Kiwi's do some epic burnouts!!!!!
Or a kiwi with a rotary
I'm up for it then, let's do it for straya
or an arab in anything ?
those blokes go hard im telling yas, coming from an aussie
Fuckin oath mate
Legendary Motorcar in Canada built a 70 'Cuda with a Viper V10. Videos of the SuperCuda are online.
I think one of the smallest V8's in an American car would be the 3.4L (207C.I.) in some of the Ford Taurus SHO's. Commonly available in the US there is the BMW 3.0L which is 183 C.I. and there were some other cars built overseas but might not of been imported into the US with 2L or smaller V8s
instade of useing the brakes, firewood in frout of the frout tires, mini spool in the back, truck in 3rd gear on dirt and a newly rebuilt 300 l6 just sreaming away...
theres vid of it here...
Unique question!
Have you ever done an episode to pentastar (however you spell it) v6 engines? Especially for the 2014 charger se’s? What to put on them to increase horsepower specifically for the charger because there is nothing on them?
Never knew about the V8-60, just wondering if it would fit inside my Reliant Robin (not the Reliant Regal from LeMons that did so well but the descendent of) as I would love to get something really showy in there but without losing half the cabin space like the Rover V8'd Reliant has. You should ask Matt le Blanc about Reliants... he just lurves them hehe
I hate to remind Dave... a one legger won Hotrod Drag Week burnout contest this year
@David why not NV3500 or AX15 5speed instead of old 4speed or expensive t56.
summernats mate, enter it some time and I reckon you'd have some good fun.
I really want to see you guys do something with a v10 ram motor.
matching camo shorts
Well there you have a fun Roadkill episode!! Build a junkyard burnout machine! : )
The smoke has to look like cool whip
I want to know where they buy their shorts, and if they go shopping together.
"MRrreeeer sideways" I totally understood that. Both times 🍻
The v8 60 was a 60 go ford v8 with 136 cubic inches of displacement. It had a bore stroke of 2.60 x 3.20 and made 60 go at 3,500 rpm and made 94 ft lbs of torque at 2,500 rp.
Go translates to hp. Damn auto correct.
I love it
With the number of foxbodys the boys at Motortrend have been cutting up, they're single handedly increasing the market value of them.
You can literally see Dulcich's hair grow during the video
Hey guy's, have a question for you mopar gurus. When can you build a 273 to get maximum hp and tq . I know the argument about cubic inches but these motors are dependable. I have a 66 dart gt that I've had since i was 12 and i am 51 now . The aftet market is not doing anything for them r early a-bodies in general. Would love to see a early dart build up.
A road kill vs hotrod garage road trip challenge event would be really fun.
The keys too a good burnout
1. Smoke here
2. Smoke there
3. Smoke everywhere
4. Control
Winning.
Nice shorts, fellas. Did you call each other that morning and discuss your outfits or did freiburger just sleep over. Lol
Thought the same thing.
Do a big vote on facebook or twitter and see how many people want to see another bonneville episode. I would love to see another episode of that on roadkill.
Fixing the Dash on Freiberger's Dodge truck sounds like a future RK garage episode I know they make an aftermarket one that fixes the issue.
BTW wish the commenting thing worked on the MTOD app (I know it's coming but just saying)
Yall should get a k5 blazer. That would drag.
On the v10 truck, you can bay the dash in MERCADO LIBRE, thats th e mexico ebay ,made out of fiber glass.
A beautiful burnout usually is done with a pickup truck. Smoke should pour out between the cab and bed, then make "Wings" away from the tires, like you get when you have side pipes dumped in front of the tires.
I want to see more stuff on the ram v10
What about using a NV4500 5-speed Ram truck trans for the Vanishing Paint Challenger?
I have the same truck but in a cummins. The v10 is allot faster stock for stock. Good thing about the diesels cheap you can double its hp/tq. My dash was the same I ended up buying a replacement dash . I love my truck I will never get rid of it.
#DoStuffWithFinnegan ?
So a low compression 318 with 360 heads is ready for boost?
Smallest American V8? 1998 Taurus SHO had a 3.4L (207 CI)
Is David sitting in front of the blower for the Duster?
The Taurus SHO has a 207 ci (3.4 liter) V8. That’s the smallest one I know of in America.
I predict Finnegan and Freiburger won't be a duo much longer. I have noticed cracks and somewhat forced grins recently. RIP proper Roadkill. It was nice while it lasted.
Robin Lovell Finnegan is a hipster cry baby rather have this guy
Robin Lovell I think you're reading a bit much into this, people are humans and don't always get along like angels, it doesn't mean they suddenly hate each other and want to quit Roadkill. The guys got a kid and does a show that consists of not sleeping and constant atress, I think they're allowed to be less than perfect. Just my two cents.
Matching pants!
I want to know how they do burnouts so well.
Was there a twofer sale on the camo shorts?
The Hippie doesn’t have flys bothering him.
You really need to come down to Australia to understand fully what a "burnout" is, I'd highly recommend going to summernats
I've got a spare truck v10 i want to swap into a ranger or a d50 i think that would be awesome.
The displacement of a ford V8 60 is 136 ci or 2.2 liters
What was that barrel in the background with the altenator on top of it the white rusty one.
Is Dulcich going through the change?
Are you guys going to do a 75 th roadkill shootout with all the cars
how to get past smog in california mustang 2 they ran from 73 to 78 so smog exempt and you can get a modern small block ford or a 5.0 small block in them they have some of the better front suspension made in the 70's and have a strong unibody and a sprung rear straight axle not much to look at but can be made to go .
I've seen burnouts that leave literal flaming tracks of rubber behind. I don't know how you could beat that.
is Finnegans wife going to divorce him now he's spent almost 100k and bought 4 new cars and the El Camino still isn't painted for his wife lol?
im sure if hes spent 100k then hes probably made a quarter mill or more with all this exposure....think about all the motor trend videos hes in...hes getting paid for 90% or more of them
he finally painted it
Where do you guys get your camo shorts ?
Dash swap for the V10 truck?
