Driveway & Patio Cleaning Cambridge UK.
Hi everyone, this was a driveway and patio cleaning job carried out just up the road from me. As the title and says, no chemicals what so ever were allowed on this job. So was going to be a challenge to get the areas cleaned to the high standards I try to work to.

I understand her not wanting chemicals especially around such beautiful flower beds (they must looking stunning in the summer).
As long as the customer understood it would not be perfect and was happy with what you achieved (how could she not be it was beautiful) thats the main thing.

Great job and I applaud you for listening to your customer, explaining the expected outcome and the difference in results, then doing the job for her as she requested without an attitude. It actually came out looking really nice! As it happens, I agree with her choices. She wanted the grime off, but didn’t want it looking brand new. And you gave her exactly that.
I also understand the “no chemicals” stance. She or someone in her family may already have health issues she’s looking out for or she may be simply trying to avoid future problems. Either way, you honored her request and it looks great.
I’m shocked by the attitudes of some of the commenters and very happy to see you not have them. Or at least not express them and deliver a beautiful job regardless.

I think you did wonderfully considering all the restrictions. There is still a huge difference!! One of the reasons that I watch your channel is because of the care you take of the people's property and feelings and still do such a wonderful job. Hope this finds you and yours happy and healthy.

You have done an excellent job considering the limitations of the client, I hope your pay included the extra time you went over areas more than once in an attempt to get as much of the black spots removed with water.
Is it perfect and flawless? No. But you did a damn fine job within the limitations set by the client, and it looks a ton and a half better~

Good you had nice drainage in the back. I am grateful that you managed to get a good, upgraded result without chemicals on that back patio. The front drive cleaned-up well, nice color renewal. Should show off the front planting beds well.

Considering it had to be chemical free you did a fantastic job. I imagine there is a water course behind that fence so that might be why the chemicals were an option. Great result though.

You did your absolute best considering the customer didn’t want any chemicals used. I think the customer was being cautious because of the flowers and shrubs planted around the property and didn’t want them damaged. Maybe the customer will allow you to use SH the next time.

Tough assignment Nick but you still provided excellence under very restrictive circumstances. The brick drive came up like a nice terracotta and the patio was a lighter shade of dark - not your fault. Have a great week.

Hello again Nick. Your becoming very frequent which is great. My attitude is respect the customers wishes and explain what you can achieve, which you did. Happy days after that. I'd say that viarable lance is great for adjusting the pressure when rinsing down corners and awkward areas without having to go back to the machine to lower the pressure...

What about a vinegar solution and soap... better then nothing! Well it did turn out OK, I'd be happy with this clean
I offered something similar, salt water for the weeds, but nope, she said she's keep on top of the weeds as and when they appear 👍

Why would a customer stress that they don't want chemicals used to get the patio cleaned??
Some people are completely against the use of chemicals, i'm coming across this more and more in my line of work
No chemical..really now! So she’s not allowing you to use all tools of your trade? That like asking a mechanic to use only tweezers..no screwdrivers, only the tweezers lol..ridiculous. Great job, I really hope she paid a higher price, knowing it would take you longer. Some people 🙄
