Hi everyone. So this is a job that I carried out in late March, I just didn't edit it as I thought i'd lost one of my SD cards with some of the footage on it. Luckily I found that card the other day, so managed to put this together today.
This was a lovely family that hired me to restore their paving, and house render. Didn't film the render on this one due to me not freeing enough space up on my memory cards. But made sure that was all sorted to film the paving.
As the title says, the customer was thrilled with the results, as they were concerned that their paving had been left to deteriorate for too long, and were skeptical it could be brought back to its former glory. But were over the moon when they realised their skepticism was misplaced.

Got to say, the results of this job were like night and day. It was fantastic. Who knew the colors that were hidden there? But I think those colors were beautiful, once you unearthed them. You never cease to impress, Nick. And again, Nick the Perfectionist was on duty. Outstanding job. Thanks for sharing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I wasn't personally too happy with what appeared to be a grey-colored design. The scrubbed-in hypochlorite really brought out a beautiful array of colors, showing the lovely design effects intended. Now the landscape starts coming to life as well, interacting with colors in the paving. Glad the Black Spot War progress is on the side of Black Spot removal. I realize a primary concern with the wood deck had become safety, but the warm color returning with cleaning is another positive. That turned into a pretty spectacular color revival. Nice work Nick. The house wash looked very good too, a nice combination.

A lot of what we think of as "weather damage" on natural materials is just dirt (organic surface additions, that can be removed)

That was a huge job and I’m blown away at how beautifully it come up. The wood is amazing too! I was worried the bleach would harm it. I did get a little dizzy on this one lol😂 excellent job 👍🏼👍🏼

Yikes! Huge house and lots of stone everywhere! The house looked gorgeous - absolutely glowed creamy white! That alone should earn you accolades from the owners, my friend!
You did a magnificent job on that stone. I was amazed at the colors that you coaxed from it! Even after washing, it was dull and grey, but your SH and scrubbing did the trick, revealing colors I'm sure the owners didn't even realize were there!
I'm glad they were appreciative of your hard work to restore their home to a place of peace and beauty. You gave it your all and it succeeded beyond all expectations! That place sparkles like a diamond now! 🫧💎🫧

You will probably laugh at me but as you were debating with yourself over brush or the x-jet I was telling you brush just do the brush you won't regret it 😳😳🙄🤣
As Soon as you brushed the hypo into those cobblestones the colour popped and yes you could see it on camera. It was stunning who would have thought that underneath that black/grey/green mess was such beauty 😍
That decking looked brand new what a difference.
I can well believe the couple were happy because to be honest I certainly couldn't forsee THAT huge of a difference.
Bet you slept that night after that workout 😂

This is so satisfying! The mosaic pattern and colour of that tile after gosh I wonder if they even new was there. Stunning and gosh watching men do this kind of work 😍 I wish I could afford to get my hubby these tools even though I would probably just want to play with them myself. Well Done 🎉

Have you thought about getting one of those machines they use in the rug cleaning videos that has the contra-rotating bristles, then you could spray the solution on the whole area and run the machine over it instead of killing yourself with the brush, you'd still need to do things like the steps with the brush but I think it'd save you a lot of time and effort. And, No I don't sell those machines ;)

All that work, I thought he had finished, then "it looks much better, but it's not perfect"...then proceeds to whip out a big scrub brush and manually scrub the whole thing!
