Hello all! Just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who has subscribed and joined me on this journey. Less music (but still keeping some relaxing beats) in this one, there was some audio crackling in the later stages of the job and I've done my best to cover it, a new wind sleeve (😂) is en route so hopefully that's the last of it! Unfortunately the little steps where the worst culprit so had to be cut! As always I hope you enjoy and looking forward to a chat in the comments! Jake
Love that you keep the sounds of the equipment running and not super loud music blaring over it! I appreciate the longer video format as well, not just a 4 min super speed video! Amazing, you definitely gained a new subscriber here 🙋♀️
That flooding would be rough on the owners. Very nice you were able to do something to give aid. That turned-out to be a good refresher and the lower wall near the river got a big renewal. (Don't understand the Duck reference, but here it is as requested.)
What a beautiful house and garden. WOW! You made it look so much nicer. Looks like it needed to be cleaned even before the flood.. So glad you cleaned the river walk walls, I was hoping you would. 😁 Boy was that river speeding by!! Poor little duck , he probably felt like he was on a carnival ride LOL. Very nice job Jake. On to past videos! lol
What an absolutely beautiful home you cleaned. How horrible they were flooded. This was one more thing done they don't have to worry about. You did an awesome job! Thank you for sharing. 😊❤
I've only recently discovered the fun of watching videos like this. It's relaxing way to rest (which I do a lot of with health issues) and learn a few things about the world. But I want to say Jake, that I choose your videos of exterior cleaning because you have such a pleasant personality. I think that comes through the filming and editing, and I am completely satisfied. Catch you later and see you in a bit. :) (OH and DUCK)
Loved the clean down. Especially when you put some of the silt back into the Thames where it came from, glad I don't live near a river or canal as they are prone to bursting there banks lately. Bet the duck was paddling like mad with the fast current of the Thames.
Hi love the video what sort of pressure washer do you use as psi and lpm flow rate I’m going to start my own business one day any thing you would recommend would really help much thank s plus great job
Living by a river can have its pros and cons! We’re seeing the cons here. So glad there wasn’t more damage than that! That duck is only going fast cause of the speed of the water! 😂
I love all your vids, they're fascinating! Any chance you could make sure closed captions are available on all vids, as I hsve a hearing impairment and it's sometimes difficult to make out what you're saying.
~Duck~Thank you for leaving some of the music. It’s kind of you to strike a balance between varying opinions. I’d like to pressure wash my house. Alas, I have no outdoor spigot. Babble away, sir; your calming nature is asmr. The brick wall is quite charming with all of its character and history. (Now I’m babbling)
Sure thing! Oh yes babble away haha. Where there is a will there is a way, sometimes you can use water from an inside tap to fill the tank and get the washer running from that :D Really glad you enjoyed it till the end!
I'm new to your channel, and I loved the results from this clean up. Did the water find it's way into the house,or did it limit itself to the garden area? It still looks pretty high for a river. Unless of course that's the way the camera was placed. Anyway. Sending you much love from the Netherlands ❣️🙏
Welcome! Yes it's still really high at the moment but nowhere near as bad as it was. Just about avoided getting in the house as this one has been designed to withstand a flood fortunately. There is an older home close by that had no precautions and was flooded inside ruining it 😭 Thank you for watching Teresa 😁
I didn't realize people lived that close to the Thames. Thought there would be more height just in case. I am subscribing right now. I do wonder why you do the ground stones before you do the walls. You have to rinse twice your way. All of pressure washing people do this. Is there a reason? oh yeah, Duck
Haha yes the river was still very high compared to usual. It's been threatening rising again too! I honestly am not sure why I did the wall after, but what you say is a much more efficient way to do it. Maybe something in our pressure washing brains makes us do it backwards 😅 Thanks for watching Bev, really appreciate you! 😁
Hey excellent videos great job on this poor family’s home can you tell me what equipment your using would like to buy for myself not for business just home use have a lot ground to cover and few stubborn marks karcher ones ain’t cutting it
I will never understand people who have patios and then cover them up with potted plants, which via watering leave stains and attract dirt, debris and slippery moss.

Glad you enjoyed! Thanks Kimberley! Welcome to the cluuub
I bet the owner was glad you could "DUCK" by and clean up all that silt!!! Great job.
Haha yes! Thanks so much Helen :D
Wow, the river's still up pretty high.
Yeah still up high and flowing really quickly, it was unbelievable some of the sights a few weeks ago!
Hooray no music and full rinse down yayyyy subbed
Always listening 😁🙏🏻 thanks for subbing Beatrice!
Wow, what a beautiful neighborhood by the river. Nice to see you bringing it back to it' former self again, after the muddy flood.

That flooding would be rough on the owners. Very nice you were able to do something to give aid. That turned-out to be a good refresher and the lower wall near the river got a big renewal. (Don't understand the Duck reference, but here it is as requested.)
You got that right! The pics I saw were brutal! So glad we could get it back to it's best! Thanks for watching Rob :D
Robert Shrewsbury: It lets him know that you watched until the end.( because that’s when he made the duck reference)👍
Great job 👏🦆 Duck! I have patio envy now 😍

Thank you Kerrie!! 🦆😁
Please can you tell me what equipment you use .love your work
Hi Mark, I use a 21lpm pressure washer, it's got a loncin engine and AR pump. 👍🏻
Such beautiful work and no chemicals! ❤
Thank you so much! Really enjoyed this one!
Hi love the video what sort of pressure washer do you use as psi and lpm flow rate I’m going to start my own business one day any thing you would recommend would really help much thank s plus great job
Ducks! lol One of the disadvantages of being a riparian owner but hey big bucks property, great job xx
🦆 absolutely! Pros and cons, such a terrible thing to happen but a lovely place to live any time it is not underwater!
Well done nice work
Thank you Diana!
Well done
Thank you Bernadette :D
its nice to see the end results they never look bad until you start to clean the sla
Brave Duck, I’d say 😮 Never seen the Thames that flooded and fast-flowing! Beautiful place and beautiful work, as always, Jake! 😊
That huge job should be done at least once a year
Oh yes, absolutely!
Amazing job. Ducks are cool
Living by a river can have its pros and cons! We’re seeing the cons here. So glad there wasn’t more damage than that! That duck is only going fast cause of the speed of the water! 😂
Duck 🦆 nice clean!
Such a beautiful home! You made everything look beautiful! Was the duck swimming in that swift river? What a ride he had, lol
Yes it was! One of them absolutely FLEW by!
Suggestion to clean from top down, so you only have to rinse once. Less water wasted. Also, keep the music soft, most like to hear the machine noise.
nice job! duck!
I love all your vids, they're fascinating!
Any chance you could make sure closed captions are available on all vids, as I hsve a hearing impairment and it's sometimes difficult to make out what you're saying.
Very nice work. Bricks and stones look amazing!! What are the things in the brick wall at the river patio?? Looks weird to me.. 😅
Haha, thanks Marion. They are just a stone pattern inlaid for decoration : )
I was going to add Duck but have been told under order of death to put Speedy Crispy Duck. Great video and just found you so have subscribed too.
Haha, yes that comment has given me a good laugh! Thanks so much for watching and welcome :D

You're such a lovely guy

Looks like the Thames. That’s quite a current.
Spot on Suzy! It was flowing super fast!
Hey excellent videos great job on this poor family’s home can you tell me what equipment your using would like to buy for myself not for business just home use have a lot ground to cover and few stubborn marks karcher ones ain’t cutting it
Hey Lewis, yes mate of course.
I use a 21lpm loncin engine with AR pump from jetmac in the UK.
Just another reason to not live right next to a major river. But you did and amazing job.
So beautiful, but scary at the same time! Thank you for a lovely comment :D
A massively great duck-ing job. 😜
Brilliant!! 🦆
I would have done the walls first that way you don't have to go back and repeat it by washing of the walkway again.
Good idea Denise! Thank you, I'm always learning 😁
Duck! 🙂
Duck. Nice work Drake. Couldn’t resist a duck related pun! Sorry!
Incredible! Cheers mate 👊🏻
What about a shovel?
On the shopping list! Thanks Julie :D
Way to close to the water for me, that scared the hell outta me!
Haha, I had to be very careful! Usually the water is another 6 foot lower so it has a long way yet to go!
This guy is the *_DUCK!_*
Dedicated Unadulterated Cleaning King
Stick that on the side of yer van, lol
Haha love it!
Fast duck
Speedy!
