Without those apps I’d be an ADHD train wreck… more of a train wreck… more train wrecked. Oh, and binaural beats are incredible! I’m also into fall ambience videos (without music). Ambience videos are awesome for providing just enough sound to keep my brain from wandering off.

OH! I hyper focus when I read too. Great for learning, bad for muscle stiffness lol. It's so nice to hear others do this. My boyfriend thinks I'm nuts since he gets bored.

Great list but Tik Tok should not be advertised as an educational service for Adhd'ers. I guess it works for you- but it does NOT help us with what we constantly struggle with the most. Being distracted and procrastinating. Not adhd friendly at all.
could those nonsense notes possibly be like…poorly transcribed dictations of convos? not sure how exactly they would have gotten to ur notes app but maybe??? it would explain it a little
It takes a lot for me to be overstimulated, I’m very much someone who can handle a lot at once and is what triggers my dopamine. Doesn’t mean I manage them well. I am very much someone who is fueled by tech

For RUclips I recommend using ublock origin and RUclips vanced to go ad free without premium.

I think it was me taking notes of someone talking and writing random words in the moment but it not making sense but idk 🤷🏼♀️
