Sucks to be sick 👎 but happy your doing better, also I am full of emotions because your more of and less of lists were so reminiscent of when I was in my mid 20s and also thinking of what I had to change in my life. Sorry for the multiple comments, you just bring up great topics that I relate to and I have to chime in! I too have been thinking about what things make me happiness, what serves me and what doesn't. Screens are definitely one of them for me. I had to delete tiktok off my phone because I couldn't keep myself off of it, even with digital wellness apps to lock me out. You can't keep me out if I have the key! I just wish that I could disable the RUclips shorts in the app on my phone because I want to keep RUclips on my phone for practical reasons but those shorts get me sucked in like tiktoks do. I might just have to take the loss and delete it anyways and just watch RUclips on my computer. Also let me know how you manage to stop taking on others emotions and stress because jeez I would love to know. I love how empathetic and caring I can be, but man, some days I wonder at what cost. It's exhausting and constantly anxiety inducing.🐑
Yes to everything you said! I can't bring myself to delete the apps yet but I know I should. If you've ever watched drake and josh, there's a character with the catchphrase "that is not my job!" and honestly it helps me to repeat that sometimes lol

My heart goes out to you that you had to cancel your birthday plans because of getting sick. I'm glad you're doing ok and I really enjoyed this vlog. Thank you for sharing
