It's fall in utah so it's been raining almost every day. Places that were once dry, are now under water. In today's video we are using our Sisu Nasu to recover a truck, sunk in the mud on the Salt Flats.

I love Alan. Probably the best part of the Video. The editing with the boing sounds was absolutely hilarious. Had to watch it 10 times or so, make me laugh so hard. Nice recovery btw.

Best part of the video was seeing Alan successfully haul himself back onto the truck. Fun, terrifying, and exemplary grip strength all in one.
I was rooting for him to not face first it into that slop. I also had a good laugh when Hans put it on him about telling Dave to stop 🤣🤣

Everything in a business goes down hill from the top. Since Hans is usually the 3rd down on the totem pole he gets the first dump from the top 😂

I've skied behind a snowmobile through a cornfiield and caught a stalk with my ski resulting in a massive wipeout and survived without a scratch. Anything is doable.@@alanhinkel420

Fantastic video, I can't believe you got him out of there! Great job. But what really impressed me was that little blue helicopter of yours, I've been studying the principles of aircraft and how they fly. I noticed in one of the lessons that talked about Bernoulli's principle, and It had a very poetic way of describing how the wing creates a dance of different air pressures which gently lifts it into flight. I'd always thought on the other hand that helicopters were so ugly the earth just repelled them and that's how they fly. Until I saw that little Blue helicopter!! That's a sleek little lady you got there, and when she gets the wind in her hair she can sure move nice.

So I assume that your rescue vehicle and Hans got a good pressure washer cleaning when you got back to the shop 😂. All of your video production is great, but the drone footage is over the top.

Loved this mucky mess rescue! Reminded me of all the chaos muck this year at the Nevada dry desert bed north of Reno that hosts Burningman , and some people just walked away from their vehicles, and left the cleanup crew to confiscate. A wet year for both states for sure!

Well Heavy D, just like you do a walk around and check list on the helicopter, the same thing should be done before driving Heavy Equipment. What if you threw a track because you missed a loose bolt somewhere.

Poor Alan! I feel bad really bad for laughing my ass off during what could have been a very dangerous situation, but I definitely snort-laughed when he got bounced off and had to foot ski to keep up w/the truck 😂

You need a 100 gallon (or maybe 250) water tank and pressure washer on your truck so you can wash the lake bed off and leave it in the lake bed rather than transport it home. Keep up the good work!

What’s up guys! I’m from Georgia and have been in Utah this past week visiting. Was on my way today to Bryce Canyon state park and stopped at a small general store and guess what I picked up there. One of y’all’s hats!
Oh wow! You actually caught a shot of The Wizard levitating! He almost never shows that off on camera. Wizgardium leviosa! The mud-surfing exhibition was also a sight to behold. Alan is so much more versatile than just being a Diesel Whisperer.

My parents just took a vacation out west, in their travels my Father wanted to see the Bonneville Salt Flats, and they got to see it, and walk around. They said it was so clear & bright that you could be walking on packed sand then next thing you know you're knee deep in a puddle. They made it sound like a pretty cool spot and i'm definetly jealous!
Probablly took half the next day to clean up the sizu ! Don't forgeyt to order radiator cap and turn that switch off! LOL DID YOU GUYS GET AS MUCH OF A LAUGH AS ME WATCHING ALLEN BOUNCE OUT OF THE TRUCK AND HAGE TO SKI, AND RUN AND MISS AND SKI AND RUN AGAIN THEN FINALLY JUMP BACK IN THE TRUCK! HAHAHAHA! ATLEAST HE DID NOT FACE PLANT IN THAT GOOEY MUCK!

Here in S.Florida, we would build full tracks that used some ex-military tracks and parts to go hunt in the Everglades. Big Block Chevy or some ran big Mopars. They would go any place in the swamp you wanted to go. An old timer named Lawson built a few that actually would float. Ahhh the good old days!

We have dry lake beds here in the high desert of socal I have a Duramax 2500 and I make money pulling people out too I just pulled a police car out it's so deceptive looking at lake bed heavy d is right don't do it you could end up in a very bad situation be smart and safe guys!!!
