Thank you. To say we are excited is an understatement! Aw fab! We loved at Wales before we moved here and the irony was it was too far from family and now 5 years later we are moving over 600 miles from family! I guess needs and wants change over the years.

Exciting! We moved from literally one end of the country to the other, almost a year ago! Much like you we'd always dreamed of it, never been brave enough to do it. It has been everything we hoped, and more. We moved ourselves too. Hope it is all you dream of and all goes well.

Oh my goodness what beautiful news. I'm originally from Edinburgh and we're now in South Wales. We are planning a huge move to the Orkney Islands with our brood of 8!!

Oh wow how awesome Iv got a friend moving to Orkney soon too and another who is currently on Orkney but moving to main land again. But it looks so beautiful there too. Planning lots of trips including the islands so will have to come say hi!

The Highland's are beautiful. We lived in Fife for years before moving south to Cornwall. I don't miss the cold but it's a fantastic adventure ahead for you all x

It’s about 970 kilometres, took just me and the husband 10 hours to get to Inverness (with three short stops) the house is another 2.5 hours north from there!
Australia looks beautiful though too, on my list of places to visit for sure.
