Did you have product on your hair? Are you able to clean the dryer?

I just got mine and haven’t used it yet. Have you tried different tensions? Does it pull your hair?

I have tried different tensions. The higher the tension, the straighter your hair. I don’t remember the last time I used a flat iron to be honest. It doesn’t pull my hair at all.
