    M3m capital phase I completion date as per this video is 30.06.2025 I think this is incorrect as from today ie jan 2024 there is 1.5 year remaining and construction is pending more than 60%
    Pls correct me if I am wrong I think date should be 30.06.2026 for phase I
    And pls explain for phase 2 also 🙏

Would have been interesting to know the tentative metro station that may come up around this sector.

      Dekho bhai, Karampura Delhi mein bhi ek Aisa hi project hai. Uske new prjoect mein 2 BHK ka launch price hi 3+ Cr tha. And the Phase 1 launched in 2008 now retails at 2 times the price, if not more. Kis cheez ka khel? Sirf Delhi mejn hai. Koi nahi dekhta kya loading hai. Aas pass ka area kya hai? Approach roads kaisi hai. Etc. Etc.
