After watching your video I jumped on conclusion to build my own farm house in 1000 Sq. Yds. That will be much cheaper than this much hyped property. I have personally seen this property and didn't see any resident there. Property rates are falling as economy is in ramshackle condition, jobs are lost.

Residents were there, I recorded during afternoon us time mostly khali hote hai. Main waha ke logo ko uncomfortable feel nahi karana chatha tha that's it. 90% to occupancy hai and bahot prime location hai.

I am having an appartment here, the build quality is not upto the mark, their mantainence department is of no use. They will only contact you to take out monthly common area charges, apart from that they won't even bother to address any of your issue. You have to get it done on your own. Why do you call it a green area ? Green area turned into barren land buddy... I can not see any tree like Neem,People, Banyan tree and others just grass.
Ask then to plant trees instead of making Golf course which is no good for nature. Only trees are required. Think ethically
