Go on Razer's website and contact support. I had the same issue with my code for the Razer Kraken and they gave me a new activation code. You'll just need to send them a picture of your code and give them the product number on the box.

I did everything i was supposed to, activating as primary audio device, selected the correct output and input audios yet i am unable to hear anything on my windows 10 laptop. It worked perfect just a few days ago even with surround sound now suddenly it wont. Yet the headset is still working with my ps5, so i don't know what I am supposed to do now.
