I've had this happen but it has never took that long to load it. It pretty much loads in the normal generation if it can't access what's actually supposed to be there.
It actually happened again, but In a different part of my realm. Realm don’t function right on ps5 at least in my experience very laggy. Still fun though. I have mastered the lag 😂
