Use virgin coconut oil it’s not a product nor does it weigh down the hair it moisturizers the hair and can make it easier to style also cold water is also good if your trying not too use anything at all
Idk if you know how to fix this but I had a perm couple months ago and recently I’ve been noticing significant amount of hair shedding long strands of hairs falling out like crazy I also had heat damage to my hair before the perm if that factors into it
