  • This is the third video in our series on chemotherapy.
    In this episode, we discuss the side effects of chemotherapy treatment including why you develop side effects and when and who to contact if you develop side-effects of chemotherapy
    We also provide information on how to manage some of the more common side effects including risk of infection, nausea and vomiting, sore mouth, taste changes, bowel side effects, fatigue, hair loss, skin and nail changes and effects on sex life and fertility.
    This series on chemotherapy has been produced by the Irish Cancer Society and the Oncology Department, University Hospital Limerick.

    Warning Sign: sweating, Chills, Abdominal Pain, diarrhea.
    Don't use Paracetamol, hide infection.
