Micro pike fishing the river barrow in Ireland

Using Savage gear fat tail 9g and soft plastic minnow. On my rockfish 3-15g rod .

Alright mate just came across your channel as I was thinking of going fishing on the barrow I was going to see if it would be worth travelling from Dublin down can you give me any places I could course fish without being ran off the land I'll give you a sub and watch your videos cheers pal I wish you all the best tight lines

Hi Derek, the barrow has a public path the full length of it you can just pull up and fish along the track, you should try levitstown lock it's full of roach, hybrids, dace, rudd and so on lots of silvers on the move at the moment the full length of the river, hope this helps
