Well the circumstances are different here than before in the first. It’s not as if Themis had to fight us, but was forced to by Athena. However, considering this Themis remembers fighting us before, it’s no surprise that he proves to be a force to be reckon with once more. Although I did enjoy Seat of Sacrifice, I prefer this variation of Elidibus.

It's wild how Elidibus can be my favorite boss two expansions in a row.
I loved the WOL fight and seems like this fight is awesome too. Seems like elidibus just needs to be a try hard every fight.
