Lymphs drain the headmoisture but if it is not working well, headpressure might rise. Massage can help, puching the fluids down

I am currently trying to reduce visceral fats (i am atchin and did g-scope haha its indeed terrible) butbthat aside; trying to reduce visceral fat because Covid might hide in the fats and cause in a very difficult chemical neuro-stuff an autoimmune reaction or/and fat inflammation. So I thought by myself: "okay, then lets start to reduce fats". Imagine the theorie is correct, those covids come free in the blood, so to prevent they go hiding in the rest of the fats, I drink green the and chew nicotine. Nicotine attaches in the neighbourhood of the spike where covid attaches but nicotine wins. So i am in a long traject without any support 🙄
