Surprise! I’m studying a full year at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea! So far I’m really enjoying my time here. I’ve met amazing people and the culture of this country is just so beautiful. And omg the food! Anyways this vlog is mostly about my first days here and a few fun things I did before the start of classes. I will definitely be recording more and uploading many memories about my time here.

Hi!! Im studying abroad in Korea this fall and was wondering how you found this apartment??
Hiii! This apartment was actually offered by the program that I went through which is CIEE. :)
What year of college would you suggest going abroad? I’m going to be a freshman, but I really want to do this soon haha.
Hi! I think it all depends on yourself and your major. Personally I would recommend waiting at least to sophomore year. Most people that are studying abroad are juniors but if you feel that you are ready then you can do it sooner if that aligns with your studies. :)

I would say the visa application process for me went rather smoothly and it wasn't overly complicated. :)
Was this apartment provided by your university or was it by personal choice? Because some of the exchange students from my uni often have to go into the dorms when the go abroad... Thank you!
Hi! So basically the program that I went through called CIEE gave us the option to live in the dorms or live in an apartment. :)

yes, I was the only one from my home university to come this semester so I came alone. But I was lucky enough to meet a lot of cool and nice people right away so I never felt lonely at all. :)
