Ikr! 7.3s rarely quit. My uncle has 2 7.3s. One is 99 f250 and it has a little over 550k miles and has pulled cattle most its life. He also has an 01 7.3 i think its nearing 300k miles. Both have 6speed manuals

James Duffield but you have to be prepared for expensive fixes when the common things go wrong love mine to the moon and back but definitely there’s common things that go wrong with 7.3s especially 99-03 and some of those cost a lot of money

Man that's a perfect truck and it's a long box too I personally would keep it almost completely stock but to each there own! The stock Ford bullet hole wheels look amazing with some decent tires and they are cheap! All that truck needs is to get rid of those god awful headlights and the side trim taken off and she would be mint! Especially if he throws on some can lights and a visor but good luck finding an obs visor for a ok price.

I have a 97 F250 psd and when you do injectors it will really wake the truck up the stock ones are only 90cc in these trucks even the stage 1 180cc will do wonders I currently have stage 1 in mine and it’s pretty decent looking at 200/100 next. Also the stock trans will not like bigger injectors if you don’t do a upgraded trans I highly recommend a triple disc converter and John woods valve body

They might not be fast, but they'll pull anything you put behind them. I've got a 95(7.3L) and a 2016(6.7L) and I'm sure the 95 will out pull it.
Yup everyone complains about them being slow but they do everything else better than any other Diesel engine and you can make them fast so I think the 7.3 Powerstroke is the best Diesel engine ever made
