    दही में पके चावल शाम को डाल कर दूसरे दिन लंच में खाना 10 दिन में विटामिन बी 12 बढ़ेगा मैंने खुद ने किया है । या आटे में दही डाल कर शाम को परांठे बना दूसरे दिन दही से खाना।

    Mam agar sprout ka soup bana kar khaye tho chalega kya, kyuki raw sprout nahi kha saktha.

    Egg non veg hai. Shakahari Egg nahi khate hai Egg me animal jeev rahete hai isleye. vegetarian log nahi khate Egg ka example delite karnaji🙏🏻
