You forgot the part where you go to the republic base in their computers and find a tape of sunry killing glass but I guess this is a cheesy work around. I had him innocent after a guilty plea lol.
The mods can be found on either deadlystream.com, or nexusmods.com, once you download a mod that you like, unzip the file and put it into the "override" folder.
