The debate on Paul was never to attack Paul. If you didn’t watch the video, I don’t care what you have to say (because you’re speaking out of context).
My arguments with Paul’s publicly shared bloodwork were SOLELY to debate his arguments against the Carnivore diet.
I hope even seeing this clip, you realize that I promote figuring out what works best for you.
It’s easy to get mixed up in internet drama and just read headlines. But taking the time to learn more can do wonders.
As I closed the video, I hope Paul continues to share and advocate while leaving Carnivore and Ketogenic diets alone.
I hope he can also one day be honest and share that he incorrectly accused a Carnivore or Ketogenic diet for his underlying health conditions. #timewilltell
No one has perfect health, and I hate that I had to use his bloodwork, but it was the only way to strongly debate him.

Judy, I watched your video from start to end in one sitting. Now letme say that paul has made A LOT of accusatory and negative remarks about the carnivore diet and carnivore diet practicioners, as you also stated in a very restrained manner, that I don't think were at any time warranted nor correct, from a scientific or physiological point of view. This isn't 'attacking' paul, nor his loyal acolytes, but it's simply the truth, and no I'm not putting words in your mouth, I said it. I also will state, that it is my belief, that paul misinterpreted studies regarding fruit, sugar, the randle cycle, relying on people that also misinterpret the randle cycle and associated topics, to boost his case. He also silently evaded credible experts on said topics with his charming way of speaking and cherrypicks the ones for his podcast that are the most 'agreeable' and don't oppose pauls ideas too much, this is a well known fact. Paul IS a charmer, he is a charismatic person, and thus he carries even more responsibility to make sure the information he shares is accurate, which sadly, it often isn't. God bless you for doing a great job at showcasing some of his errors. I say some cause there are many more, but people informed on the topic know where to look for that 😉 Thank you again, judy.

Honestly, my body on strict carnivore struggled to become fat adapted and I added in fruit and sweet potatoes. I’m not addicted to sugar and don’t crab it at all as I hate sweets. Through experimentation I learned that sweet potatoes made me way to bloated feeling, so I eliminated it. I found that blueberries was the only fruit that didn’t make me bloated, so it became a stay in my diet. I eat the same everyday red meat, cheese, yogurt, and blueberries, that’s it. I am in the best shape of my life at 47 and could step on a stage and place at a show. You are the only carnivore podcaster I listen to as the rest seemed to cultish to me, I listen to the Carb Doc as well. You two have provided me with the intel I needed for this journey. Thanks

When I eat fruit, I eat until I'm stuffed. It's actually more addictive than processed sweets.

And nature used to regulate that for us. Not only was fruit naturally less sweet, it was much harder to come by, and you couldn't have it all year long. Now that we've bred sweeter hybrids and ship fruit all over the world so it's widely available at all times, it's a big problem.

I wouldn’t want to decrease my renal filtration rate anytime soon, like Saladino. I was metabolically deranged due to decades of consuming a plant-based diet with plenty of fruits and plant oils, and I don’t plan on going back to that anytime soon either, if at all.

Use "Mike", your bloodsugar meter and test what it does if you eat fruit. I can not eat fruit and even no yughurt and kwark. So work with "Mike" and you see what you wel and cannot eat.
Thank you Judy for all the information you give us to get us healthy, even if not everyone lives in de USA.
