of course, in vietnam we use rice flour or tapioca flour as well, just depends on your taste
if you use mung bean powder (green bean powder) the taste (smell) is very good, the texture is soft
if you use rice floor (not sticky rice flour) it taste natural
if you use tapioca, the texture is very chewy (a big like topioca pearl)
you can make 3 of them mixes together, its taste very yummy!!!
